Mixed Feelings
Stardust Crusaders is very clearly the least interesting part of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure I've seen so far, which is surprising considering the previous two weren't that great either. Parts 1 and 2, while not being masterpieces by any means and having their own share of flaws, they at least somewhat interesting characters and a somewhat engaging plot.

Stardust Crusaders is literally just our main group fighting a different random stand user who we have no reason to care about every 1-3 episodes. The plot and the characters are lackluster and the season gets very boring, very fast. Jotaro and his group are entertaining, but they aren't ...

Attack on Titan's final season elevates the series to new heights of greatness. If you thought the reveals at the end of season 3 were the most complicated this story could get, then this season is sure to have your head spinning.

The storyline gets even more complex as it deep dives over to Marley where our antagonists reside and gives us their perspective. We get a clearer picture of their lives in the internment zone, their beliefs, what they think is the truth of Eldia's history, what their goals are, and who/what they're fighting for. By the end of the Marley arc (episodes 60-68), a ...

What makes Kimetsu no Yaiba a great read isn't an amazing or complex story, it's the compelling cast of characters that drive the narrative. The story itself is actually quite straightforward. From the beginning we knew Tanjiro's goal was to turn his sister-turned-demon back into a human and kill the demon who turned her and murdered his family. The series doesn't deviate from this path. It's a straight road to the end and that's fine, because of the amazing cast of characters.

Kimetsu no Yaiba shines when it comes to its characters. Both the demon hunters and the demons have compelling backstories and interesting personalities that ...

Phantom Seer is wasted potential if I've ever seen it. I cannot believe Weekly Shonen Jump cancelled this series and I can't understand why they did either. The story was literally just starting to pick up and get into the major stuff. We're talking intriguing villains, longer than usual battles where the good guys seemingly have little to no chance at winning, answers to questions we've had since the series began. We got to this point and then the series abruptly ends. I'll never get to know the cool looking villains that were teased. Not to mention, the art in this series was easily among ...

Monster (Manga) add
Monster is a series I'd heard quite a lot about prior to actually started it myself. Everything I heard was positive, that it's nothing short of a masterpiece. All I have to say now after completing the series is that everything I heard was right.

Reading Monster was such an immersive and thrilling experience. Kenzo Tenma is without a doubt one of the most compelling protagonists I've read in manga and Johan Liebert is easily among my top 10 antagonists of all time now.

Tenma's dilemma after having saved a young boy who ends up becoming an elusive serial killer for whose murders Tenma himself ...
