They are both comedic stories that follow an overpowered "first hero" that has defeated the greatest monsters of the world, leading to the development of a Hero Association to manage heroes that protect the world from evil. These heroes are categorized into letter rankings based on assessments of their power. Our protagonists start off at extremely low ranks despite having overpowered abilities. I'll just say it. Hero's Return (Yingxiong Zai Lin) is pretty much just a donghua (Chinese animation) rip-off of One Punch Man. If you look closely, Saitama even appears as an easter in one of the mob/crowd characters of Hero's Return.

...then you might like Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi add

Both protagonists start with a weak personality that develops overtime as they gain confidence in the skills of their own niche. Sena and Kenichi are both protagonists that work hard to overcome challenges to become the best in their respective skills (American Football, Martial Arts.) The development of the story is almost the same: 'After defeating the enemy, a stronger enemy appears.' There is an undeniable resemblance in the personality, style and comedy brought by the characters Hiruma and Nizuma Eiji that compelled me to write this recommendation.
