Similarities: - Group of people that go on missions. - The supernatural plays somewhat of a role - Lots of action - Both have a newbie in the group Differences: - While both have mystery, Princess Principal's characters are spies while Bungou's are detectives. - Bungou is more comedic - Princess has interesting timeline and mysterious characters

First off, they are both sequels, so you'll have to watch the prequels beforehand. Otherwise: - Both female main characters lose their memory - Gets you in the feels - The supernatural is heavily involved - Comedic - Both male MCs lowkey have feelings for the female MC What makes Haruhi Suzumiya different: - Haruhi isn't the only one who loses her memory - There is more mystery involved - Makes way more logical sense imo

Both are very similar in the sense that there is no main plot, action everywhere, take place in the city, and have a similar set of characters.

The main characters are similar in the fact that they both have confidence in their skills to win games. Both are very exciting to watch, making you want more. The way they strategize is fun to watch! Not to mention, both are transported into another world, letting you learn about the world along with them.

Akagami no Shirayuki-hime

Both have a female main character with red hair, which may seem unimportant, but actually their hair contributes to the story in the same way. They both stand out and that causes problems for them. Although, Yona actually has a reason for her red hair. Also, the settings are very similar, where royalty is prominent and there isn't any modern technology. In my opinion, Akatsuki no Yona is actually better than Akagami no Shirayuki-hime because there is more to the plot. Yona has way more character development. And I mean way more. Also, her conflicts have more depth to them than “oh no my hair is red.”

The main characters are very similar in the fact that they aren't accepted by their families, aren't considered talented by society's standards, are amazing at strategizing, and go to a school specifically for fighting aith magic and such. What makes The Irregular worth watching is that you want to find out more about the main character and why he is the way he is. Also, if you're like me and ecchi can be irritating, The Irregular doesn't have much of that.

Both anime have the concept of “superpowers” but they see it in different lights. In Boku no Hero, it's not a sickness and it's more common. Instead of it being looked down upon, people idolize those with good superpowers. If you want to see a kid fighting for his dreams, Boku no Hero is for you. You end up really rooting and feeling for the main character.

Both are centerd around a couple in high school. Both couples have this unspoken understanding and distance between them, so you end up rooting for them the entire time. Also, both males have a tragic background. Itsudatte Bokura no Koi wa 10 cm Datta is shorter and a nice watch when you want to see a cute little romance. Also, Ao Hadu Ride left me a bit frustrated; it was not this way with Itsudatte.

The main characters are pretty similar. Both of them are at a disadvantage, so it's interesting to see how they deal with this in different situations. Not to mention, the both of them are very talented at strategizing and planning their attacks. With this, both of them have jealous rivals. Although, Boku no Hero Academia is definitely better than this series. There is way more character development and tension that just makes you want to keep watching.
