Raimon from Tsubasa reminds me of Ichirou from SKS: their indifference to their surroundings and the people around them is similiar and yet they get very concerned when it comes to the girl whom they are fond of. Both mangas are very funny esp in Tsubasa with Raimon's violence at odds with his apathetic outlook.

Both stories are similar in that the heroine lives with 3 guys who are all in love with her but she is unaware of it. The difference is that the guys in “It’s Love” treats the main character meanly to hide their feelings whereas the guys in “Wait! Wolf” openly cares for the main character but still hides their feelings.

...then you might like Heart no Kuni no Alice: Wonderful Wonder World add

It’s similar to Ouran with the reverse harem theme and all those pretty boys falling all over the heroine. Both stories are funny however whilst Ouran is light, fluffy comedy, Heart No Kuni No Alice’s humour is sadistic, violent and darker in comparison. The characters in Heart No Kuni No Alice are quite “trigger happy” and merrily pull out guns and weapons at any chance they get which I find absolutely hilarious.
