Short review: Amazing story, and if you read the start and don't like it, just read on, cos trust me, this manga is worth it
Long Review:
==== Major Spoilers Warining ====
At the start I didn't think much of the story, as the doctor getting reincarnated as the child of his idol, while also retaining his memories just didn't quite make that much sense to me. But then i thought, why the F*CK am i looking for sense in a manga. So then i continued reading cos i had seen all the reviews for this and maybe it was really good. And holy f*ck was it. I

haven't encountered Aka's previous work, but this had me hooked. As soon as the twins' mother, AI, died it really took a turn for the better imo. The way Aka protrays the death, slowly making the stars in her eyes smaller as the chapter goes on, really pulls on your heart strings. Of course I wouldn't have wanted her to die, but to see the story progress in such a way was really refreshing. Then there's a huge time skip, up until he joins high school, which some people don't seem to have liked, but the short summaries provided were enough to satisfy me. However, I don't really like how cold Aqua becomes, and the way he uses the people around him doesn't quite sit right with me, but it fits in with his revenge arc and it really helps with the progress of the story. Then, another major story point was the attempted suidcide, which was very well protrayed and really shed a lot of light on the situation, and the way Aka went about it looks very similar to irl events, which made it even better of a read. The story from here on is really well made and encapturing, as I was unable to stop reading all the way till chapter 40, and I dont really have much to comment on other than the fact that I can't really wait for the next chapters.
