I don't consider myself to be a fan of slice of life anime, but this was one of the most enjoyable watches I've had as of recently. I watched this anime over a year ago at this point, but it's one of the most memorable slice of life animes I've had the pleasure of watching. Definitely a step up from garbage like Aho Girl.

The characters are interesting, even if some may follow a certain trope, and they all work together seamlessly. The story was comprehensive and even a bit touching at times, the characters all have their own struggles and lives that makes the time ... they spend together so much more impactful. As of now, this might be my favorite slice of life ever. It's a close race between this and Lucky Star, but both have such undeniable charm; love and effort is sprinkled in almost every scene with this anime, and the animation is definitely stellar. I love the scenery, the food that's shown, the landscapes, it's all just incredibly well crafted. Currently, the only real problem I have is maybe the pacing?

Overall, I'd definitely recommend watching this if you haven't already. One of the most enjoyable anime I've watched at this point. If you enjoy feel-good slice of life with realistic characters and beautiful scenes, this is worth the watch, 100%.
