Artstyle is very similar, both are about a high-speed car race, with wacky motions and over the top personalities. Both have a character with a pompadour. Hiroyuki Imaishi directed OvalxOver and worked on Redline.

If you liked Konya wa Tsuki ga Kirei desu ga, Toriaezu Shine add

...then you might like Pumpkin Night add

Both are very gory, with slightly above average art and detail. Both have plain main characters who will do everything to defend their love. Both seem to be focused in the fights and gore/art instead of the plot (that changes for Konya wa tsuki later on).

Aside from both being sports anime, they both are a little odd, in the sense that they rely on tactics and quick thinking. These tactics made by characters who feel and look similar. Both have weak teams at the beginning, and then a character who seems to excel at their position, giving the other teams a hard time, while they also give their all. The animation and sometimes the OST feels kind of similar too. The main differences, aside from the sport they include, is that One Outs is a seinen, and is focused on the protagonist; while Eyeshield 21 is a shonen and is longer, so it has more space for character development, and focuses on the team.

They both have a dark setting, but also applies humor. Both show gore and sometimes disgusting images. Both have a world where people with special or magical abilities live. Both have protagonists who have weird heads (?), and are a special case in regards of what species they are. Some character designs give off similar vibes.
