I absolutely loved this anime. I am by no means a horror person, and made the mistake of not checking the genre of the anime, mistaking it for a fantastical romance adventure. Although it started off innocent, we soon find ourselves entrapped in a convoluted story of ethics, justice, friendship, and love. This anime really goes after the flaws of humanity, and although it is set in a world that none of us have experienced, it is a society that is very much relatable to the reality we live in, making it all the more scarier. Each episode is another piece to the puzzle that ... come together beautifully in the last episode. The anime uses science and fantasy to build a sound and mesmerizing world that is very much complex. The right way is not always correct, much like in the lives we live and the oxymorons we face with each coming day. I have nothing but praise for this anime, and would recommend it to anyone, regardless of wether they like horror or not, as this is a very enrapturing piece of art that will appeal to anyone's humanity, as well as their fear for their own kind.
