KnK revolves around a group of high school students, but the protagonists (a shy, innocent girl and a funny, compassionate guy) carry the plot with their mysterious past. AnoHana also stars a friendly duo and their friends as its main cast. The drama in this show intensifies overtime since new feelings open up as conflicts revive after an entire decade has passed. If you are a fan of stories that cover the lives of lonely characters that change after a while, then you will like Kyoukai no Kanata. Kuriyama's quirky and adorable personality covers a large part in the show, just like how Menma's selfless and slightly silly behavior had a strong effect on Anohana, but her character also acts similar to Jintan for they both take on a certain goal that must be fulfilled.

If you're a person who likes cute things, simple joy, and light humor, then you will enjoy Megane na Kanojo. However, the basic stories are lacking in amazement or inspiration from the characters. In Love Live!, there are qualities about the characters that are admirable, yet very common. Females are portrayed with honesty, and the show has much more humorous scenes surrounding this large group of friends.

Both the movie Kiki's Delivery Service and the series of Sakurasou were enjoyable, their plots follow characters that have so far lived lives of normal circumstances until they ignite their inner potential to become something greater, watching their happy and sad moments kept me interested throughtout KDS: individual, brand new environment, faith in one's efforts even if it's not all perfect Pet Girl: group of friends, house of fun memories, high school relateable with all the romance drama and social problems
