I've never felt compelled to write a review until now, because even though I didn't particularly enjoy this anime, I still want you to watch it. If you're like me, someone somewhere recommended this anime because you're a fan of Mahou Shojou Madoka Magica. As a huge fan of that franchise, I found this series to be the poor man's Madoka, and pretty underwhelmed with the recommendation. While I think they were trying for a balance of darker storylines and lighthearted character moments, I feel that they way overcompensated with too much of a slice of life element too often.
