The art isn't bad but it isn't exactly fantastic. One might find the number and variety of scenes a bit lacking, especially because the whole thing is 25 pages (including the non-lewd parts, which take up quite a lot of the pages). The story is quite plain, which can be seen as either good or bad.
Overall, though, the centerpiece of this manga (translation) is the translation itself. Straying from 'standard English', the piece is a pleasure to read. Even if hentai isn't your thing,

The MAL description is spot on: It's an anime about a cross-dressing guy that wants to seduce a (shorter than average) female college student that doesn't really like men. It can be described as a 'half-hentai' show, as it has a fair amount of regular story/plot while mixing in lewd scenes and the interesting quirks of hentai at the same time.
