It amused me to see that the tags for this manga are "horror, run bitch runnnnnnn!, holy shit, seinen, horror, ryou haruka, and like really. :o"
That being out of my system, lets get to business! (I'll try to make a short one this time :p)
Overall (9/10)
The story is good. The art suits the story. The character STAYS in character (especially the creepy lolita girl). The enjoyment? If you mean did it scare the crap outta me? Then yes, yes, it did.
Story (10/10)
It's unpredictable, which is a good thing in this kind of story. You expect that this thing will happen as a result of this
...
action, but heck, noooo, it didn't. Pity I can't say much since it will spoil the story.
Art (9/10)
The creepy lolita girl could be creepier. ...What? Hey, this is HORROR manga we're talking about.
Character (9/10)
Like I mentioned earlier, the character stays in character. The lolita girl didn't up and turned cute and all after 'her wishes came true'. Freaky, freaky girl...
Enjoyment (10/10)
It's a horror story that creeped me out, and it wouldn't keep to my expectations (in a good way). The pace kept me hooked, no slowing down at all.

In short : The story itself is funny enough, but the ending made me want to throw something...
tl;dr version (and I do mean "tl;dr"):
Overall : 7/10
It's an entertaining enough story to read when you have free time, that is if you don't mind the open end.
There's a lot of cliches that you usually find in this genre, so if you want something completely new, this isn't for you. If your pet-peeves is unreliable main character, this isn't for you. If you're looking for a light-hearted, silly manga to read in between your cram time for a big exam, you might be interested in it.
Now,
...
the particulars...
Story (6/10) versus Enjoyment (8/10):
Usually, this kind of story came with "divine intervention" of sort. This story changed this aspect a bit, but still stick to the miraculous-change-of-gender-in-a-blink-of-an-eye trend. (Phew! that's *long*) However, because there are a lot of miraculous-type transformation in the story, it didn't have the chance to get boring.
It doesn't have the best of plot, but it's entertaining as hell (IMO). There's a lot of funny scenes, but the catch is, it's a very silly kind of funny. If you're looking for funny in the sense of Cromatie High - you will be disappointed, but if you're looking for slapstick type funny - this should satisfy you.
The thing that annoys me a great deal is the ending. I can only say that it's an "open end" type. So if you like a story with a definite conclusion, it's better to just avoid this story.
Art (8/10):
Pretty, pretty, pretty! This art style is one of my favourite types! The lines are clean and I can actaully see it as an anime. Character design is also decent, nothing too "lavish" but not much can be expected from a story with everyday Japan setting, ne. All characters are attractive, especially the ladies. So, eye candies are abundant!
Character (4/10):
Disappointing! The main character is a wimp from the start until the end. His best friend is a jerk all throughout the story. His love interest is... well, can't go there... The support characters are rather interesting though.
All in all, the main character is the one with less development, IMO.

Well, what can I say... I'm not going to be recommending it to anyone very soon. Not that it's bad, it's just... lack substance.
Illustration (7/10)
Tsubaki-sensei still keeps to her pretty boy style. Not much to say there since there are, like, 5 illustrations in the book?
Story (5/10)
From the title alone, it was to be expected that a lot of sex will be going on, but still, it's rather disappointing to see THAT many. If the sex scenes were to be removed, the 179 pages might reduce by half. There's also quite a few baffling notions of gay-sexes the author put in. Like... I don't
...
even know what to call it, "ass-juice"? I don't know, it kinda turned me off of reading.
Character (5/10)
The uke is also very girly, while the seme is a jerk. There's not much character development going on, since they were kinda busy doing the sexes.
Enjoyment (6/10)
The boy-angst got to me at parts. The score came from those angsty moments. hehehe
Overall - 6/10
