Intriguing, uncomfortable, filthy.
I love the subtle tie ins between particular stories.
Main plot is bullshit though, requires huuuuuge suspension of disbelief

The plan never got out to public because? Only prisoners with life sentence could take part, but fellow inmates with short sentences sure must have heard from them and spread the rumors outside. Or was the plan so convoluted that it involved quietly disposing of anyone who knew?
Overall the system sounds like way too much effort and risk with too little reward. Organizing a whole-ass opera show with adopting girls, only to serve for a smokescreen for prison prostitution ring?
Taking more than one girl from the ... same orphanage? Just begs for another Margaret case. It's just a miracle the whole scheme lasted for 8 years.
And what's the reward - just a little hope that prisoners will be calmer after a week of gangbang once a year.

That special is an Ultimate Fanservice...

Which is a wonderful thing. After all the despair (with little glimmers of hope) that the series brought upon the characters, they get the well-deserved happy ending, going into the future with a new hope. That's the closure I longed for.
The only downside to the episode is the length - the best parts happen in the ending theme sequence. That makes the conclusion a bit rushed and not exactly living up to the hype made by final Mirai and Zetsubou episodes.

That being said, it's a strongly biased 10, because of the emotional impact it makes after finishing the ... Hope's Peak game series and both anime arc's. Great conclusion to a great game series.

Liked it, but I might be too stupid to properly understand it. Misunderstood a lot of plot developments because of virtually no narration. While I appreciate the style, I just think it's not for me. So, the story is a 7 - the sense of disorientation is just too much for me to bear. The final plot-twist is one of the greatest WTF moments I've ever seen.

Beautiful (but also unsettling) art style reminding me of Alien, dark massive structures are always a treat to watch. 10 for art.

Characters are real good. Mysterious Killy, who's way more than he pretends to be, harsh, but with a ... strong moral code.
Cibo gives a perfect balance to the silent protag - at least she provides enough dialogue for me to understand anything.

Overall I give 8 - everything was amazing, but the storytelling is just not my style

As for now, the story is quite captivating. It's still in an introductory stage - we might have a guess who the Four Knights are going to be, but it's not confirmed, so there's still a chance for some changes.

The way it's being connected with Seven Deadly Sins is quite good for now. In the beginning it's pretty vague how long has it been since the Holy War, the world seem to have changed a lot from the last part of the series. There's quite a shroud of mystery around main villain faction. What's their point? Why are they so fixated on their goal to ... have dropped all their morals?

MC has a real nice energy. I love him having young Goku energy - a young hillbilly boy who basically lived under a rock, strong, compassionate and easy-going. My only takeaway is his name. Who in the hell would name this kind of guy PERCIVAL? It's too much of a knightly name, not for a Goku-like boy.
Power level is pretty much absurd compared to Seven Deadly Sins, with Percival basically combining all the best magics in the universe, but it's ok, not like I'm reading shonens for realistic combat.

Overall, the story is quite captivating for now. The introductory arcs are still not-so-exciting, but the promise that main plot gives makes me wait for more
