Both have main male characters who show disinterest in other things or people. In KamiNomi MC is only interested in games, while in Hyouka MC just wants to live an energy-conserving life. Both contain mystery elements where the MC has to solve them. Both MCs show their intelligence only when the situation demands it or they have no other choice. Hyouka has more character development and better art/animation. But KamiNomi's animation improves in the later seasons. If you like "passive-intelligent" main male characters you should watch both of these series.

If you liked Neko no Ongaeshi add

...then you might like Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha. add

In Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha, there's a girl who gets granted a wish by a deity to thank her for saving a little fox. In Neko no Ongaeshi there's also a girl of similar age to Inari who saves a cat and gets rewarded for it and taken to the world of cats, etc.. Similar relaxing kind of feel-good anime.
