Funny and lovely, poetic and melancholic, silly and simple!
What I just wrote is enough, I would use this space to protest MAL's imposition on my opinion regarding length, I just like to rant, they are cool.
According to its genre, it's a shoujo, but surpassing in comedy and poetic expression. Graphically; everyday scenes you will see sometimes depicted slightly shifted in some way.
Character driven? not really, I mean maybe others would say that.

Very humorous and light! It's definitely a change of pace from similar mangas that take themselves too seriously, not fully scanlated, still worth it since chapters have +40pgs, the shifts and cliché breaks are hilarious.
Story is not unique, and it´s not exactly precise or big on boxing, that´s just the setting, there is no barrier in that sense. Drawing style is simple sometimes, but enjoyable, specially some girls and expressions, movement is also decently portrayed.
