Many people rate this show very low since there are many plotholes. And I agree. However, the show was overall very enjoyable to watch,

The opening and ending theme songs were great, the soundtrack and sound effects were realistic, the art and animation was top notch, and above all else the characters were realistic.

Something that really bothers me is characters that are too one dimensional or just do things that don't make any sense. In Gate, you can understand the reasoning and logic behind characters which makes it all the more interesting.

Although the story is not the best in terms of linearity and world building, ... I really enjoyed the pacing and the content. I was unable to predict everything that would happen next and instead was pleased when new events developed

Story (1): At first I was excited that they were making an anime about Yasuke, having heard of his story as Japan's first black samurai. Obviously with a little exaggeration it already has the potential to be an exciting masterpiece given the historical richness it can utilize in its storytelling. And so first 2 minutes you see the setting of the anime being in the 1580s as you would expect of feudal Japan, and then come the Gundam's flying all over the place and sorcerers on the battlefield. So within the first 3 minutes I already had no clue what direction the anime was trying ... to go in.

Art (5): The art was decent, though there were also parts that made me go huh. Like ichiro having the frame of a 10 year old but face of a 25 year old.

Sound (2): Okay so why are there EDM sounds? I couldn't understand how they had electronic music in one section and then some traditional drumming. Also the voice acting was abysmal, nobody in this anime had a decent voice actor for the moods and situations.

Character (4): The characters were all emotionless which kind of ties in to the voice acting.

Enjoyment (3):

Overall (3): Terrible.

Story (10): I love the world building,

Art (10): This one is self explanatory. Mappa does an amazing job and JJK has some of the best animation you will ever see. Take a look at the maki bullet scene or the Gojou battle in the barrier, you can clearly tell Mappa is swimming in dough and not afraid to spend it.

Sound (10): You would be hard pressed to find any better openings or endings than those in JJK.

Character (10): I like how distinct the characters are from one another.

Enjoyment (10): Each and every episode left me feeling so much suspense that I could no ... longer watch these episodes later at night as I would struggle to sleep afterwards.

Overall (10): The anime starts off by introducing us to Itadori Yuuji and his two teammates Nobara and Fujisaki. Yuuji gains the abilities of a certain cursed spirit and from there on out you get to see alongside him his journey as he becomes a talented cursed spirit slayer or "jujutsu sorcerer".

Story (8): The story seems to be a pretty generic isekai but it delves a little deeper with some of the themes. I also like that it seems to match historical accuracy quite well. Imagine a generic Isekai but the main character doesn't have a harem and is actually relatable, not a super OP son of a demigod with admin privileges.

Art (10): The art and animation is something everyone can agree on is amazing.

Sound (8): Sound is also done very well and adds to the atmosphere substantially.

Character (8): The characters are also relatively well. The trauma of Rudeus is portrayed in a ... realistic manner.

Enjoyment (8): It had lots of humour, and I enjoyed watching Rudeus actually grow and progress.

Overall (8): I enjoyed the anime a lot honestly. I know most people had issues with the fact that Rudeus has the mind of a 30 year old but if you grew up living a new life with your past knowledge is it really pedophilia? The fan service as well was something that many people didn't like but it did not take away from the otherwise decent story of the anime. If anything I like seeing these more mature and unique sexual references than the cliched panty shots that would be the alternative.

Story (8): The story itself is pretty good, as there are vampires demons and humans with interesting relationships forming. At times it leaves you in serious anticipation of who might die and what might happen, it's definitely not as predictable as some people claim it is. If anything, the story leaves many mechanics of the world and power systems unexplained which can leave you confused at times.

Art (7): The art itself is very pretty, but the animation at times not so much which drops this from an otherwise higher score.

Sound (7): Nothing super impressive but I did really like the ED.

Character (7): The main character ... yu in particular is fairly one dimensional and blunt. Other than him, characters like guren and Mika are much more interesting.

Enjoyment (8): Overall quite enjoyable. I was definitely hyped at times during most episodes because the fast pacing and action kept me on edge.

Overall (8): A solid anime. Some may complain about it being too cliched or whatnot, however both the world and story are unique and keep you interested. Not a industry changer but an entertaining ride nonetheless.

Story (7): The story was unique and fresh to me with this sort of gang violence between the seven kings. The only con really would be the pacing of the story, but even that picked up towards the end and made sense when taking into account the large cast.

Art (10): The characters, the background, and the animations. Wow, just wow. Hands down some of the best I have ever seen and mad props to GoHands for this.

Sound (10): Also a masterpiece. The sounds in K always seemed to fit the story and reminds me much of final fantasy with how beautiful they were.

Character (10): ... The characters were all very interesting too. The kings and their loneliness, the loyalty of the red clan compared to the subordination and discipline of the blues. The friendship between certain red and blue clansmen and mutual respect were all some of many aspects that developed and deepened my understanding of the characters and world.

Enjoyment (10): I enjoyed this anime very much, for both the final fantasy vibes and animation. And even if I did not love the story, I would still stick through if not only for the beautiful sounds and stunning art.

Overall (10): Although there were some aspects such as the slow start to the story people complain about. The art sound animation character depth and overall enjoyment of the show make it a 10 for me.

Story (7): The story is great, the execution within this season not so much. There is so much to talk about with the koushin war, houhou and soran's pasts, but they are not talked about enough. The anime adaptation from the manga seems to be a little all over the place, which makes sense when you think about how long the manga is and how much they have to cram into one season.

Art (9): The art of the show was also amazing.

Sound (8): Nothing to talk home about.

Character (6): Although there are several likeable characters, there was very little development of characters the story is ... supposedly supposed to revolve around.

Enjoyment (9): The humour of the show definitely raised this score a lot.

Overall (8): If somebody asked me whether or not to watch it I would tell them to go for it. It would not be one of the first shows I would recommend somebody but I can see why some people would really enjoy it. The only flaws of this show are that it might be a little too slow, but other than the pacing it is rather enjoyable.

Story (4): All over the place, way too many characters and techniques etc. introduced for a 12 episode season. Honestly had no real idea where any of this was going and knew very little of the world.

Art (9): Character art was amazing, worthy of a shounen

Sound (6): Nothing amazing but nothing terrible.

Character (4): Again, all over the place, characters were introduced and then never seen again.

Enjoyment (7): It was watchable.

... Overall (6); Watched it myself, would not recommend to others.

The biggest appeal of this anime to me was the humour, I found it to be pretty funny at times. I did enjoy the concepts of their powers and them being outsiders to the regular society but the same powers were not explained properly, if the show explained them better I would have likely been more drawn into it. Also if the pace was a bit slower I would have enjoyed it more.
