Both anime have the same director, and the story's little similar, Durarara!! and Baccano is one of the best anime, both of them involve on having a Action genre, and supernatural, if like those kind of genres, you should try watching either of this two. Also, both of the anime has great character illustration and a good story plot, so watching either of these two is definitely not a waste of time.

If you liked Kiniro no Corda: Primo Passo add

...then you might like Nodame Cantabile add

If you like Kiniro no Corda: Primo Passo, better watch Nodame Cantabile. These shows are pretty similar, especially if you like musical anime. Both of this shows revolve around classical music though Primo Passo's a show that was kinda serious and Nodame Cantabile's something comedy-like, I think they're still similar, yet these shows are worth watching and must watch if you really like music, I'm sure you won't regret watching both of this.

If you liked Slam Dunk add

...then you might like Kuroko no Basket add

Both of the anime are sports anime, which is basketball. Besides that both of the shows have the same genre and types, comedy, school, shounen and sports which is the spotlight why I made this recommendation. Both of these anime have a good characters, good story plot and interesting/worth watching. However, the only difference is that Kuroko no Basuke was a "little" impossible if you based it in some reality basketball plays while Slam Dunk can be. Both of the series should be watch if you really like a sports/comedy/shounen/school anime. Since both of this anime is worth watching and you'll not regret about those.

Same producers, Studio Ghibli. Both of the movies have a great story, same genre, romance, fantasy, supernatural, adventure and a very good drama. Both of movies are great and worth watching, has great lessons of love and friendship between the cast/characters of both of the movies.
