I adore this manga so much. I think the first thing most readers will note about this manga is the use of color to highlight and emphasize. It's the first time I've ever seen this and it provides a significant amount of depth to each panel. Additionally, the art itself is quite nice. Normally, chapters in manga would be 10-20 pages in length, but this one condenses that level of detail into 4 page chapters. Readers might be a bit put off by how short each chapter is, but each chapter is packed with plenty of details in the art and story to more than

[Oshi no Ko]
(Manga)
add
Oshi No Ko is a pretty good read for anyone who is looking for something a bit on the darker side with a bit of mystery. It covers a lot dark topics surround the entertainment industry (not sure how factual they are). There is an overarching mystery that does leave the reader turn the page to learn more, but the mystery isn't nearly as captivating as trying to figure out what happens to all the characters that we've come to love at the end of the series. If you're coming at this after finishing reading the authors other work Kaguya, then you definitely need to

Yagate Kimi ni Naru
(Manga)
add
This was my very first yuri I had read, and my goodness, it opened my eyes to the entire genre. Since then, I have read plenty, probably over 30 different popular yuri manga, and I still think of this one as truly one of the best. I think that readers looking to read Bloom Into You will generally enjoy the characters that are present in the story. Each character has a fairly well-developed personality and motivations, especially Touko Nanami. Her character development alone is what really sells this manga. There are moments of intense emotions interchanged between Touko and Yuu, which are surprising given how

Ichido dake demo, Koukai Shitemasu (sorry, i am not going to use the cringe english title) is a short and sweet story between a landlord and bummy unemployed tenant. It's a bit similar to Monthly in the Garden with My Landlord but it's a bit spicier. The intimate scenes aren't too graphic though and are actually quite sweet. I really like how the relationship between the characters developed even though the premise is a bit silly (returning "favors" to pay for rent). I really like the more simplistic artsyle as well. It also is clear that the author was intending to do more with the

Tsukiatte Agetemo Ii kana
(Manga)
add
Here's the thing. When it comes to yuri manga, I always expect some eye-catching or saucy scene at the beginning to catch the readers attention. In fact, this is what i expect from a lot of romance manga. Tsukiatte Agetemo Ii kana is no exception, and frankly, it's a bit cringe initially and throughout the first one or two volumes. And although first impressions are everything, I'm really glad that I stuck it through past the initial volumes. I say this because this story evolves beyond a spicy romance between two women. After the first two volumes, we start to take a look at dating
