Isekai Shikkaku is more like an anti-isekai anime than an actual isekai anime.
The protagonist (sensei, who is based on Osamu Dazai), just wants to kill himself and find the afterlife, he has a depressive mood that doesn't adhere to the ISEKAI trope, always taking sleeping pills like candy and drinking poison like water. His cynicism is shown right from the first scene where he appears in the new world, where the first thing he tried to do after the famous "explanation" of how the new world works, was to try to kill himself.
It's funny to see
...
how much he doesn't care about this new life, (basically being a plant, because instead of embracing the life of an adventurer, he just wants to look for his lost lover, Sacchan to complete the double suicide) and somehow still knows how to fix and support the other characters.
All the other co-protagonists (Annette, Tana and Nir) have episodes focused on their story, their development and what they want for themselves. It's not just focused on one character like most isekais, they treat them as NPCs; and even though they seem like empty and unnecessary arcs, in fact, they end up showing how the rules are applied, the struggle of each character around a world that became full of people who came from the other world (ours) and the chaos that this caused in their lives.
But above all, this is a comedy isekai that doesn't take itself seriously, it's a twelve-episode anime that you can watch in one night without worrying.
:)

Firstly, don't compare this anime to spy x family, because it's a slice of life anime with 12 eps of smut, pure comedy, crack and there's no war. Secondly, it's an anime to pass the time, all the arcs presented are basic and closed, we have all the answers and the best thing is that it's fast, so don't expect action. Thirdly, don't expect any romance, which honestly made me very happy, two best friends looking after a child and killing people.๐ค
The animation is basic for a generic anime, but not bad, it doesn't stand out like
...
a Kimetsu or a Jujutsu kaisen, but it has features that match what the anime proposes in just a few episodes. Even though there are only 12 episodes, we can clearly see the change in the protagonists around a four-year-old child, who acts like an imperative, innocent, naive, crying child who wants attention, normal.
The realistic and healthy theme is something that caught my attention, after all, even though some of the protagonists are murderers, they still have a good relationship with Mary. The action moments are laugh-out-loud funny, it's not a heavy anime, and although I'm a fan of horror and dark plots, I have a soft spot for things of this genre.
In short, I recommend it.

little obs - eng isnt my fist lenguage

First I want to talk about the art in case you are those who care more about it than the narrative. The artist's style, the colors, the shadows, everything stands out and looks beautiful and attractive to the eyes, there is no pollution and without a doubt
...
you won't regret it.
Moving on to the narrative, and introducing the protagonists first : Skylar is the typical boy who wants to go unnoticed, but still wants his crush to notice him, but hey! He won't do anything! And Cirrus, the typical popular guy that everyone knows, and his fun is to disrupt Skylar's life as soon as he discovers his secret.
And yes, it seems like something very simple, a love narrative, but if you're expecting something cliche, my friend, you can't even wait. For me Lost in the Cloud is not just a bl manwha, but a romance about two desperate people who grew up in different circumstances who just want love, comfort and security.
Although the story has an enemies to lovers premise, it becomes tortuous, after all they don't hate each other, they are both so deep in their psychological pain that they don't understand reality and without even noticing they end up doing something stupid.
- however now for the warnings :
The story features internalized homophobia (smaller), mentions of abuse, as well as some scenes that depict it, violence and blood. I recommend reading it and if any of the topics don't appeal to you
Lost in Cloud, I would say that it appears to be a romance of the type that destroys the person, running from the inside out, that both are using each other to balance their imperfections, and yet we hope that we are wrong, but, it wouldn't be in the same equal to them?

Serial Experiments Lain is an anime that addresses topics such as suicide, identity, reality, technology and society. It can be considered a brief preview of a cyberpunk genre, and it has deep and confusing plots. Basically an anime that you don't have the answers in your face and you have to be open minded when watching.
The anime begins with Chisa's suicide and then shows that she sent an email to Lain claiming to have abandoned her body and to find God and from there we are introduced to the Wired (a virtual world) and its interference
...
in the world real through technology that is very important in the plot, as it shows a lawless land that can make situations worse or improve, that connects, alters and recreates.
The virtual and real world at the beginning seem to have no connection, or a connection that can still be differentiated, but after a few episodes, the line between the two gets blurred, which is the real one and the hologram/reflection of the other?
The story in general has holes, and there are parts that just suddenly end, but start another one, even with the holes it is continuous, in such a way that it follows the action of the characters and not like a script already made, when Lain passes if you care about anything else the old thread will be scrapped. basically follows the character study.
The art is very simple and minimalist along with the soundtrack of the series, which are small touches or something related to a noise that a computer would make, if you are more critical with art you will be a little bothered.
The characters, mainly Lain is without any emotion at the beginning, in general it's very uncomfortable, we don't know what she thinks, but as we go along we understand what Lain is, a certain type of omnipresent God who discovers that there are two of himself, in the end he manages understand both or close to it
The topic of suicide was what caught my attention the most, freedom is a tempting concept because we don't live in it, so to escape the shackles of society, death seems to be the closest thing, to die is to find God with the freedom of a choice that is a Taboo in society, and that's where religion comes in in Lain.
What would God be? A powerful being? Adored by many? Or both?

I rewatched Cardcaptor Sakura these days because the anime marked my childhood along with sailor moon, it was one of the few known animes in Brazil and that aired on open TV dubbed, and I simply fell in love again.
Even having a generic mahou shoujo premise that a girl lives her life normally until she encounters a magical animal that convinces her to defeat some type of villain, Cardcaptor Sakura is a great base and reference for maho shoujo, both for being a classic and how the story and emotions of the characters emerge in
...
a natural and gradual way, nothing rushed or appealing, both the main and secondary characters have their development as well as presenting hidden sides of themselves. And also the diverse clothes without any transformations that you imagine the villains with their arms crossed waiting, being something that gives a lot of variety to the anime and sakura.
Along with the variety of clothes there are the villains, the power that each card that Sakura has to fight and seal, and each one has a different effect and magic which makes her discover new ways to fight, in short her growth and development it's linear and never once forgotten or anything like that.
The anime has the perfect balance between comedy and something more serious, and the romance I thought was just right, because if put in excess it could end up destroying the whole plot. In terms of episodes, they could be shorter, I feel that with 70 eps, the person watching may lose interest because at some points it can get boring, but clamp without a doubt tried to make each episode interesting and fun. The show has controversial themes that I didn't even notice when I was younger. but that doesn't change things in the main plot, they're just right there to show the love wich is one of the most discussed aspects in the anime.
The soundtrack is amazing, the songs of op 1 and the action scenes just stick in your head, which will you going to remind of even days or months later.
โค 10/10
Cardcaptor Sakura it's not perfect, but it has a style that we all know is from that anime, it's like a break from the daily chaos. It's a story you watch to relax, have fun, bonding with the characters, being captivated with a growth of a romance and having a few minutes of suspens. This anime deserves to be watched and recommended to people
