Both deal with the difference between public appearance and inner self, and characters opening up due to a relationship. Especially in regards to the male lead, who has a negative image but is actually the opposite of how people see him. Both are light hearted romances, while Horimiya has more comedy and a wider cast, and both explore romance beyond the point of the main characters getting together. While they're focused on the main couple, the friendships are a strong force in the story and the character's interactions are interesting.

Kawaii Hito

Both have the same basic premise: boy (or man in the case of Kawaii Hito) with a scary appearance is actually a sweet person. Similar romance present in both stories; while Kimi ni Koishite is mostly a getting together story, Kawaii Hito is more of a being together story. Simple, sweet love stories without too much drama or angst and lots of cute fluff.

Sasaki to Miyano

Both center on the relationship between two high schoolers who share a connection they hide from those around them. Both have very realistic, relatable characters/plots, and very like-able protagonists. While Sasaki is in many ways polar opposites with Miyamura, both have similar journeys when it comes to realizing their feelings. Both stories have colorful supporting cast, although Horimiya expands on side characters much more than Sasaki to Miyano. They're sweet, they're funny, they're stunning. If you like one, give the other a look.

Both written by the same author. The selling point of both stories are the compelling and interesting characters, the story is genuinely funny with a few dramatic moments here and there. If you liked the character/relationship in one, you'll probably enjoy it in the other.
