Both are about characters retaining/remembering their past lives. We see how their past live's memories will affect their present lives. NG Life is more about main male lead dealing with his feeling for his current and past love. Bokura no Kiseki is more about trying to remember more of their past lives, finding why they're able to remember and to learn about the reason behind the attack on the castle.

In both, normal girls somehow 'received' god power from a god. Though the plot in the 2 series go into different paths, become a god or remain as a human. Nanami is 'bind' by her role as a land god but Inari is going into the direction so that she can control and live with the power as a human without becoming god. Both contain their troubles with love and interaction with other gods.

In both, at first the main characters are not interested in the game, and found it boring (Hikaru no Go) until they met(played the game with) someone around their age who is very strong in the game (Go/Kurata). Both of them got inspired by that person and wanted to keep playing, to improve, to catch up to the someone and to win. Also, both are rather unpopular traditional Japanese games. There's no club in their schools, they started a club and found it hard to recruit people into their club.

Aphorism
add

In both, main lead (male) entered a school they thought was normal, but students there are able to use magic/mysterious power. That's the only similarity. Mx0 is much more light-hearted, students there learn and use magic, and having fun. Aphorism is of serious tone, bloody/gory.. Students entered the school are 'jailed', they are forced to stay in the school until they graduated(if only they could make it), and forced to fight monsters every now and then. Aphorism is really what I called a hidden gem.

Both are about a group of people being 'brought' to post-apocalyptic future. In Drifting Classroom, they got transported to the future. In 7seeds, they're put into cold sleep and released in unknown number of years later. In Drifting Classroom, the earth is like a desert wasteland, no fruits/plant/animal that they could eat, no sea/ocean. While in 7seeds, the earth is still changing, some living things like plants evolved, so there're still edible food that they can find, and there're sea/ocean.

Both are involved with tournament-survival game, where book owners (Gash Bell)/diary's owners (Mirai Nikki) will have to destroy each other book/diary. The winner, which is the last one standing will became king (Gash Bell)/god (Mirai Nikki). Mirai Nikki is darker than Gash Bell in many prospects including destroying diary will lead to death of the owner, thus owners mostly wouldn't care less to kill each other directly instead of destroying diary. While in Gash Bell, the demon of the book will return to demon world after destroying the book.

- Both are non-human partnered with humans. - Both are about friendship and to protect. - Both are about fighting to become King(Gash Bell) or God (Law of Ueki). Although for The Law of Ueki, it's only 1 side fights (the humans). Gash Bell is both the human and demon fight together. Gash Bell is a much better series than Law of Ueki. But Gash Bell anime ended differently than manga, so it's best if you read the manga after anime!
