Short review(spoiler free): It's super frustrating, and I usually am a lot forgiving with this genre.
Longer review(has spoilers that I would liked to know beforehand):
If you like to read "romances" that never get anywhere because the main character gets deaf every time a girl says she likes him, or like to see a confession getting interrupted by any being alive, or like to see the MC keep screaming internally:
-What could they mean!?!
Whenever a girl sits on his face OR says she wants babies with him OR tell him that she would like to be his girlfriend OR LITERALLY put his hand on her chest

This is my thoughts about this series right after I finished it, I kept any spoilers to a minimum possible while still giving a generic overview of the story:
Everyone hyped this series too much so i guess i was a little disappointed. The art is great and the action too, but at least for me... There is a crucial aspect missing in Solo Leveling. And that is "story". Don't get me wrong, thing do certainly happen, but, when you look at the overall story, it doesn't have much going on besides the mc(main character) finding a strong enemy, getting stronger to beat it up, and then repeating. The world ...

I don't usually write reviews so I'll be brief.
A fast summary would be: Wholesome romance comedy with great art and some ecchi. But one would surely be able to put too many manga inside that description, so, to tell what this one have above most others, I certainly need to point to the pacing. There's not that feeling of 2 steps forward followed by 2 steps backward found in SO MUCH of this genre and the characters are quite likable. I personally think more backstory or sidestory on the characters would be nice, but it's understandable if the autor ...

I feel the reviews here are kinda unfairly low so i will do a fast but overall positive one.
-Firstly a spoiler free(for who still didn't watched): It's that "OP protagonist kind of isekai". If you don't like this type it's better to pass this one. But... If you don't mind it, its a nice ride. For the most part its the same scenario, "die, go for other world, be so OP that you almost face no difficult", but this time the only reason for the OP part is that you retain your memories, so you still have your basic physics/biology understanding in a world that has magic ... |
