While I know most of the TPN fans, just like me, enjoyed the first season a lot of high expectations from the sequal, and was highly disapointed from what they delivered. im not going to say that any of them wrong. this anime is quite literally, a masterpiece. or at least the 1st season (we don't talk about the sequel). with an amazing banger of an opening, The Promised Neverland is a story of how you can always see the light in the dark, keep racing your dreams, and have hope that you can always reach the unreachable. (spoilers) when I decided to watch your name, I had high expectations. it looks like the MASTERPIECE "a silent voice", with top-tier animation, but after I finished the movie, I felt highly disappointed. the story started as solid but became more and more confusing the more I watched. the time travel/teleportation plot drew me off and at the end of the movie, it felt that unreal things happened for the sake of the plot. why did she forget his name? why did he forget her name? why would "I Love You" be the thing he decided to write when he knew that the horrible plot
