First time I saw this was around the time it was airing and I wasn’t exactly into the series. I found it boring and just wasn’t interested in the story or plot at all so I dropped it.
Years later, I decided maybe I should reevaluate my thoughts about it since my friend seemed to like it a lot. And honestly? I’m glad I decided to watch it again. It’s such a heartwarming story, and it was such a nice perspective into life and stuff.
My main issues weren’t exactly about the plot but more so on the “pedophilic” relationships in the story?? I get that

Had a lot of expectations as a webtoon reader. Many were only half-way met. There were so many deatails that were excluded or included and it makes me worry how they're gonna set this up for a season 2. And also, this was really hyped up, so I thought the studio was gonna give us MORE. But then I guess I can't really blame them?? They only had 13 episodes to fit in 78 chapters and this is more of an experimental season to see how well it'll do.
Maybe if this had 15 or 16 episodes, more details could have been included?? And the character ...

i’m a bit of a lazy ass, so this review might be short and not that in-depth but well whatever jjshssjkh. anyways!!
i rated this anime a 7 out of 10 in my list, but it probably deserves more honestly - an 8 or a 9 at best. the anime was funny as hell, i acc laughed a decent amount on this show. the characters are well-developed too and it’s refreshing to see characters with personalities outside the cliched anime tropes. i especially love the duo between kazuma our boi, the main character, and aqua. i guess it has to do with how opposite their personalities ... |
