They've got a similar feel to them, the dynamic between the two main characters in each show feels the same, and they carry a similar objective (to collect everything of something).

Yuru Camp△

Both are very laid-back shows with cute girls doing outdoor activities; mountain-climbing and camping respectively. A nice watch for times when you just want to sit back and relax.

Ryuuou no Oshigoto!

Both are about a somewhat bland high-school protagonist coaching little girls in music and shogi, respectively. If cute lolis who are insanely overpowered in their trade is your thing, enjoy! Beware of sexualised children (no surprise though, this is anime after all).

Both feature cute girls doing cute things, and are very soothing to watch. If loveable cliched characters and adorable shenanigans are your type of thing, sit back and enjoy. They'll both surely put a smile on your face.

Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san
|
Both are comedy anime mostly set in a classroom, about teasing and/or playing pranks on the person sitting next to them. Takagi-san has romance, Seki-kun does not. They've got a similar feel, so if you liked one, you'd most likely like the other as well.

Both focus on children being, you guessed it, actual children. They act their age, unlike every other anime child. And they're both extremely delightful to watch. Enjoy!

Koi to Uso
|
They've both got a similar feel to them, though Kuzu no Honkai is a bit darker. Perhaps the way they both show the physical side of relationships is what connects them the most. Both are also showcasing a gay romance in relation to the main character. So, if you liked Koi to Uso, you'll probably like Kuzu no Honkai.

Darling in the FranXX

Both are mech shows with a depressed male protagonist, and an inhuman female main character. I've only seen 1 episode of Darling in the Franxx so far, so I can't say for sure, but it seems have a similar vibe to EVA. If you like Darling in the Franxx, check out EVA. Though, can't say for sure it's vice versa.

Kuzu no Honkai

Both Kuzu no Honkai and Nana take a more adult approach to relationships, and both contain a fair amount of the main characters' own flaws and their own (slightly "out there") view on themselves an of love.

Both shows have a somewhat similar feel to them, both of them being equally dark and depressing (whilst I must say, Aku no Hana takes the cake on the depressing portion).
