Mixed Feelings
(This is only my 3rd review!) This was one of the first yaoi I watched, I jumped into the deep end with Gravitation and wanted to experience something...well, shall we say more mature.

This, sadly was not it.

There was no tangible plot that I could spot, a guy sees a lovely young boy on the street and follows him around. Well, that's the impression it gave me. It creeped me out, there was no sudden revelation of feelings, no shocked faces and proclamations of "Did you see that guy? I have to find out more about him."

It was, essentially, an excuse to watch two ...

I'm not going to lie to you and tell you the film provoked my thoughts in a massive way, I never deeply analyzed the movie but I did find it a gorgeous little story.

I found the simplicity and complexity both coinciding to be more of a focal point than a distraction. The colors are fantastically bright at one point and then disgustingly dank at others which flowed very well with the overall story.

The childlike animation led me to believe the story was going to be of the same ilk, though when it began I realized I was a bit mistaken to say the ...

Preliminary (Unknown/25 chp)
The sequel to the Gravitation manga was highly anticipated, and to be fair, it didn't let it's side of the bargain down. For those who read the first series the second will be a welcome change of pace. It's a lot calmer, with Murakami developing her characters past their initial introduction to the series. The art work shows a dramatic change to all of the characters, re enforcing the idea that Murakami wants to shake off the old "SHUICHI IS A MORON" statement. Even though he still has his moments, I thought the first manga was fantastic, I can't wait until she carries the series ...
