This short masterpiece, La maison en petits cubes is so wonderfully breathtakingly beautiful I almost cried. No wonder it won an academy award. For a short with no dialogue it spoke so much in twelve minutes.
One thing I loved about La maison en petits cubes is the art, but beware its not for everyone. Why I loved the art so much is that it fit the story so well I couldn't imagine modern art for this or any different art for that matter.

OK so I couldn't care less about slice of life anime but this one caught my eye I don't know why but I'm glad it did.
Art: The art was really good and that's an important factor for me. Characters: All the characters were just perfect for this show even though they were clichéd in a lot of things. Enjoyment: The show didn't run away from it's original plot and the ending was satisfying, it also had it's cute and funny moments. Sound: The OP and ED wasn't great so I didn't really pay attention to it and the songs they played live were to girly ...

To be honest Sword Art Online would be a much better anime without the romance 'cause it was a good watch until he kissed Asuna which was around episode 10 or so, I don't remember.
Having romance right in the middle of the anime was such a bad decision on the director, the plot should have gone in Kirito getting out of the game. But no the anime focused in Kirito and Asuna and their virtual romance. Which is why I give this anime an 6/10 |
