Only way I'm able to not hate the MC (is the same reason why I don't hate that German guy who liked art), is by Imagining God looking at me same way I'm looking at him, Unless I remember close to everything Wrong I've done in my life and compare it, I begin to hate him.
and even then each panel he is on, makes it harder and harder.

I Kind of found the reason why his actions are so triggering, He is the most selfish person I've seen, most insecure and on top of that having no principles and no confidence.

I read somewhere that author ... tried to express his internal problems with the MC and I can't imagine someone actually thinking this way.
I understand that one can think of opposite sex as bags of flesh, but how is he able to at the same time put her at the pedestal as something above human.

now that I think about it, if I write a character who has all negative aspects of me and maybe 1-2 good aspect, I may match the MCs character writing.

if I continue I won't be able to stop, please do not torture yourself by reading this, unless you're horribly self conscious, insecure, Selfish, 0 confidence, and a pervert, then you may find something to relate to him, or even then he may still be too much.

Nagomi Kinoshita is the GOAT tho.

Edit: I finished the first season, Main Problem I had was that Every time Time got Reset all other Timelines loose it's meaning, but that changed in last time loop of the season, however even tho It makes the show much better, first 20 episodes have the same problem as I mention in my review, so unless someone tries their hardest to finish the season you'll probably get the feeling I had, if not someone DM-ing me to continue I'd stop at Episode 9.

Old review 1-9 EPs:
I’ve never seen anything quite as pointless as Higurashi. It feels like you’re watching someone scribble on ... a piece of paper, and just when it starts to look like it might turn into something, they burn it and start over with the same scribbles. Each new arc feels like a complete reset, with no real payoff, character development, or story progression.

The characters never really grow. They just reset every time, so any interesting developments are completely wiped out as soon as a new loop starts. It’s like watching a kid who keeps erasing their drawing and starting again from scratch, never getting anywhere.

The story doesn’t move forward at all. Instead, it just goes in circles, offering nothing but repetitive setups and dead ends. Investing in this show feels like a complete waste of time, as it gives you nothing but endless starts with no real substance.

P.S.: Fans of the show, sorry I couldn’t torture myself past 9 episodes.
