This movie is art.
And I don't mean "it's so good that its like art", I MEAN that this is an art piece. Artistic. From the second the opening started I was mesmerised by the bunch of shapes moving around. Every second, every single frame is a piece of art. The balance of colours, every shape every STROKE is art. Pause anywhere in this movie and you have an artwork. The art made me cry.
And I don't just mean visually appealing. The intention is also clear. Why are the flames in that colour, why did they choose this scene to have this colour scheme, everything
...
has an intention behind it.
It is common to dismiss the art style and not pay attention as viewers. Most people find detailed background appealing but Promare will amaze you with the most simplistic, minimalist art.
Whether you like the story or not, I recommend watching few moments of this for the art. And if you're in any kind of art or design field, this is very inspiring. 10/10 is not a score good enough for the art.
Story
I believe for the amount of visual information given by this art piece, the story was limited such that it's not overwhelming. It has a simple story line. Sure, the character development is not so obvious but the characters are majestically present, with enough backstory, emotion and engagement. Honestly, this story was hard enough to follow with the amount of visual information.
The balance of art, design, colour, story, atmosphere is perfect and I wouldn't change that but I would've loved to watch a full series with more character interaction and more depth to the story but as a 2 hour movie, this is as much as it can depict.
I have heard a lot of criticism about Trigger as a studio but why does it matter? It does not matter if Trigger has done this before or whatever they're trying to achieve. I don't care, no one should, you'd only be missing out on this.
Overall
Highly recommend it to everyone, especially those in the design/art field and to somebody who would like action. Would also recommend it for its simple yet large scale story.

Firstly, This is the worst part of Jojo. This will especially disappoint those who expect quality from the series, not just a continuation. I cannot believe it is the most highly rated one. Let me explain why.
Story: 6
It has a simple story with one motive and a definite route map - quite similar to the part 3, except they travel around Italy. However, after watching part 3, it is quite predictable. There is no element of surprise. Their "surprises" and "you thought I'd do this but no I did this" was lacking in intelligence, and it relied on random stand abilities which was
...
just boring. There was no smart trap, nothing interesting, no mind manipulation, nothing well-thought out like it was in the previous series. I can recall many scenes from previous series in which the characters used their abilities in an interesting way despite limits but there was nothing interesting here. There are SO many more plot holes, compared to previous seasons. I expect improvement every season and this just disappointed me.
The stands are ridiculous. I did not like most of them even the protagonists'. It feels like the creators wanted to piss off the audience as much as they could. No thought put into them. There is no time to breathe in this series. Usually there's some time to relax until the next battle but there is no break to explore the characters and their relationships for us to actually feel for them.
Half the mysteries are left unanswered. I don't know if it would be revealed in the coming seasons but very unsatisfying.
Art: 7
There is no identity to this series other than the absolutely ridiculous character design. In part 3 there is a certain colour scheme, style, ridiculously large muscles, costumes and backgrounds which gave the series its identity. Part 4 handled the art the best - having a design for Morioh city, having some unique building designs, colour schemes and there was an identity to Morioh city as well as the characters because of how their designs blended in . Lot of scenes also used art like murals to depict stand abilities.
Part 5 was the poorest in creating an identity or atmosphere. Don't get me wrong - the backgrounds are beautifully done, detailed buildings and good depiction of the city but the characters just do not fit in. The city is rendered as it exists but without any mafia twists. If the series is about gangs, I'm expecting an atmosphere which depicts it. It just does not fit into the story and the costumes just stand out ridiculously. They do not go together.
Sound: 7
Voice actors did a great job, background music stood out and really enhanced the scene except - the scenes themselves didn't have any impact, only the music was good to hear. The openings were alright but didn't excite me as the previous seasons did but it did have a dark vibe. That's probably the only gang-ish thing you'll find in this series.
The first ending is just ridiculous, has nothing to do with the story, boring.
The second ending is by Enigma. Best thing ever, obviously.
Characters: 6
The main character is a calm hero of justice. Except, what the hell was wrong with him in the first few episodes? The amount of development was not enough, and there was very less exploration about him and even the others of the team. One of them was not even present for half the series. GioGio has no presence. He blends in way too much. You forget where he is. Everyone else stands out more than him, I think he isn't even seen for half the series. I didn't feel attached to him. The rest of the team is okay but there is not enough interaction between them for us to feel sad or happy for any of them. Just a set of quirky characters.
Character backstories are in the form of narrated flashbacks. No, not narrated to other characters, just for the audience. Which is okay but it would've been more interesting if characters interacted with each other and formed a bond instead. It felt like they were rushing to get their flashbacks out and get it over with.
The villain is probably the least intelligent villain I've ever seen. Power hungry maniac who has the strength but probably not enough brains. How he reached his position is beyond me. But he was interesting in a way.
Enjoyment: 7
Watch it with someone else. At least you can give commentary on the ridiculousness and enjoy it. I did enjoy it but I expected more and it just didn't give me the same joy I got from the previous seasons.
Overall: 6.5
This season was just mediocre(comparatively), it betrayed my expectations. No art, no feeling, no humanity, just trying to be as ridiculous as possible for the 'Jojo' name. I did like it for sure, I love the Jojo series but it REALLY really does not come on par with the previous seasons, thus the lower score. I might've been a little harsh on it because of the superior quality of the previous seasons but I believe that Jojo is a very unique series - there is clearly no anime like it and I want every season to be that perfect. I do recommend watching it though but only if you're a fan of Jojo from the beginning and want a sequel.

Irritating. This anime is REALLY irritating if you hate a tsundere loli who acts like she's the boss and an idiot main character who goes behind her like a dog. I never felt connected to a character like I do in other anime. It's just like watching some stranger's life and not caring whether they die.
When I watched a few episodes of the anime, I realised that this anime is a horrible mystery anime. Terribly fails at depicting mysterious situations. Before the case even started, I could easily tell who the culprit was and the story behind it and I'm sure anyone can. It's
...
a WASTE OF TIME if you're a mystery fan and watching this for mystery.
Well, at least it has a story that follows something. But the character's BG stories are just as if a drunk person made them up. It's like they just needed to make some characters, made them, and gave them a background story to justify what crazy things their doing.
The police. They're lame. I get it that they're trying to depict an ignorant bunch of officers but their stupidity is over the top.
The anime has decent ED music. The second ED was the best and depicted what was going on in the anime.
For mystery fans, it's a big disappointment, for romance fans, it takes too long to get to the romance part.
Why did I contunue watching this? To tell people not to watch it, of course.
Well, the only thing I liked about this is that it tells about the sadness of war and romance between the irritating two main characters.
This anime COULD be better. But unfortunately, it isn't good. Lot of people might say that 3 is too bad for it, but the more I think about how irritating it was, the lesser score I give.

Watch it. Right now.
Whenever someone asks me to recommend them a mystery/psychological anime, Himitsu is always one that comes to my first. But then, it isn't something everyone will enjoy. At least I did. Don't drop it because it says "shoujo" because you won't even realise that you're watching a shoujo anime.(Shoujo anime are one of the most twisted afterall)
Imagine it is 2050 and someone is watching your brain after you die. Do you want them to? Do you think it would be fun to watch someone's whole life? Himitsu leaves you with many questions.
Story(9)
When I started watching it, I thought that the concept was
...
interesting but just by 3 episodes or so, it was hard to tell what was going to come next. It didn't really start off with a bang. I only started enjoying after I got really far. I'm really glad I continued watching it.
The story is not only episodic, but there is also a main aim. Each episode was thought-provoking and makes you think about the future.
Not only does the story show solving mysteries, it also shows what's going on in the investigator's mind. After all, watching someone's brain is not very exciting.
Art(8)
It has decent animation which also matches with the story.
Sound(10)
The background music and the opening and ending of Himitsu are still fresh in my mind. I never skipped the opening and ending. The background music was catchy too.
Character(9)
All characters, except Aoki who is one of the main characters are great. Aoki, too, is not the same as your average main character but it felt like his development was a little late or.. unsatisfactory for several episodes. The other characters are given really good roles and their designs are different and realistic. The other main character, Maki Tsuyoshi is the best and the most unique character in the series.
Enjoyment(10)
A little slow to start, but each episode left me thinking. I really wanted more of Himitsu but the franchise is just dying.
Overall(10)
I don't know why but this anime left me with twisted thoughts.
Himitsu is my most favourite. My opinion might change but I'm sure I'll still love it.

Okay, I'll keep this short.
If you're expecting some real mystery and action, this is the wrong place. Cuticle Tantei Inaba is about a werewolf detective's story to catch Don Valentino. Its nothing like other serious mystery anime. Instead its the opposite. A gag anime.
The story wasn't as good. But i liked the jokes so 7 is a good score.
The art is also very good. Specially because the characters are shown as chibis half of the time.
so i gave it an 8.
...
The voice actors have voiced all the characters superbly. The ending song is disappointing but the Opening is good. so another 8.
Characters are cute. so 8.
Even though everything has got an 8, for me, the enjoyment's gotta be 10. I don't know how others find it, some may think i'm overrating it, but as a comedy fan i loved it.
Overall, 8. Anyone who loves comedy its gotta be 8.
Some people, who comment on each and every small things and make it a drama, may say its "gay" or something, but note this, its from a shonen manga. And im not even a yaoi fan or anything.
I have good hopes for this anime and I'm sure its going to be funnier later on too.
