As someone apart of the LGBTQ community, I wanted to read this for a while as I heard it was good and the artstyle was really nice. Ultimately, that's pretty much the only thing this manga has going for it. As I read this, I felt myself feel incredibly bored and questioned if i should even read the rest. Seeing as how it was as short as it was, I decided to finish it entirely anyway. But I definitely would not recommend this to anyone.
The story is incredibly mediocre and boring. I understand its centered around the gay characters and coming out and some other

plotlines the side characters had, but it fell flat. And did not interest me at all. It was nothing I haven't seen before. Which isn't always a bad thing, but I did not care about any of the characters or anything that happened to them. I was interested in seeing a trans man in a manga because that's rare, and I was also interested in the crossdresser character who was questioning if they were a trans girl. That was about as interesting as it ever got, but those characters were sidelined. It's worth it to note they are side characters so I understand to an extent. However, I think trans people have the least amount of representation in manga and it would've been interesting to see them more. And nothing ever really happened with their plotlines. The trans man didn't even really have one.
The ending felt incomplete. I had to look and check that it was the final chapter. It felt like nothing got wrapped up. But that's probably because nothing really happened at all in this manga. Did the main character and the other guy get together? (I don't even remember their names because I was that disinterested) No idea. It would have been nice to see more of their relationship but I understand its because its more of a coming out story. Still, I think it would have been a least bit more interesting if we saw their relationship develop. Ultimately, it has nice art but is incredibly mediocre in every other way. Nice art does not always mean a decent manga, clearly. Would not recommend anyone waste their time on such a mediocre story. Confused on how it has such high reviews. I think people just see anything that has LGBTQ characters in it, and deems it good based on that alone. Definitely doesn't automatically make a good story if your characters are gay/trans. There needs to be good writing and decent characters and plotlines that actually wrap up in the end instead of feeling incomplete and flat.
