Both are enjoyable, carefree anime that pick up a more serious tone later on.

A transfer student meets a smart young girl and they solve mysteries together. Both Alice and Victorique speak down to Narumi and Kujo while trying to hide their feelings for them. Both shows can be pretty dark at times but have relatively happy endings.

...then you might like Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! add

Although the plots differ quite a bit, both shows have girls who don't quite fit in with the rest of society. These girls slowly change as they become friends and develop a relationship with the male protagonists. Also, the male and female protagonists must overcome some sort of adversity together near the end of the show.

...then you might like Area no Kishi add

Both shows feature distinct schools and characters with unique play styles Both of the main characters develop into better players throughout the show I would say more but don't want to accidentally spoil anything. The shows give off a very similar feel as the characters and teams develop and overcome challenges.
