Honestly it's not a bad anime, it's just not a good one either.
I've seen anime with similar setting that i feel like they executed it better like kill la kill with the more crazy, goofy, chaotic style or
Kiseijuu that had a more mature, gore style or kiss x death (manga) with more mature, ecchi and action style.
the OST is ok, nothing mind-blowing and the animation is looking good most of the times but sometime it look off, especially on episode 3, the missing nose is bothering me
if you've got free time to spare you can watch it if not you can pass
