This is my first review on an anime and English isn't quite my first language, so please don't get butthurt fast.
- Story: 6
I really enjoy the chaos theory or so called "The Butterfly Effect" and so I personally gave the anime a high score. Not only that but the whole story and how they use Japanese mythology later on in the story. So the plot and everything is basically about this dude going back in time to save his love like I've seen this before in Madoka Magica, Steins; Gate, Higurashi and so on.. But I do like the view of it and how the

story progressed. However what really irritated me was the ending - like, I do like some aspects of the ending but just the feeling after the show is like... what now?
- Art: 9
I know that A-1 Pictures is known for some good ass anime, so it didn't surprise me that much. But what did surprise me was how far A-1 Pictures really went on this one, and it didn't go to waste. The art was amazing, could I say that one more time? AMAZING! The snow scene was my personal favorite because you could just feel the emotional scene without facial expressions. That was just it for me - on a personal level.
- Sound: 6
To be completely honest I do not remember the soundtrack at all - that's kinda bad if you didn't know. BUT! I really loved the op, I loved it so much that it actually was my alarm for a while.
- Character: 7
My personal favorite character wasn't actually the main character in this anime (I usually love the main characters) My favorite character was Kenya and I have many reasons to love him, but like I don't want to go over them all right now so I'm going to make this quick. The characters were slaggy, not enough screen time and just shit. But of course, I had some characters I absolutely love!!
- Enjoyment: 8
Surprised? I'm not. This actually was my favorite anime in a long time, before I opened my eyes. This is still and will forever be one of the best anime I'll ever watch, because of my love of the theory and all. Still, the characters, lack expansion upon key elements as the villain or time traveling gimmick are just a few of the many issues that made it a bad anime. But all through the anime I really enjoyed it, even though it all was just that. Before I started to really think about it; I really enjoyed it ;)
Overall: 8 (Very Good)
Again - even though it all was just that I really am a big fan of the theory, and I think that the creators handled it very well.
