This show is really underrated, like REALLY underrated. I've got to agree that it is not close to being the best mystery/romance series but it deserves concideration.
Story: 7
The story is really unique, it's rare to see time traveling anime because thet need to be done correctly or they will fall flat and be forgotten fast. Sadly, "In Search Of A Lost Future" kinda fall in this category. The story is paced really weirdly and some useless Slice of Life elements really did slow the anime pace. But at least, near the end everything makes sense and everything is explained.

I did not hate the art of this show but I did not like it at the same time. Because there were a lot of derps in the facial art and mostly in the first episodes. The animation style looked great and fluid. The colors were beautiful when they needed to.
Sound: 7
This opening is great, I never skipped it because it really follows the mood of the anime. It was a cute song but at the same time it could be sad. The original soundtracks was very good, but there was not much memorable soundtracks. The endings were great too. For the sound effect, I did not find anything incorrect so I would say it was impeccable.
Characters: 6
The main cast is really interesting and intriguing but somehow the directing for the charaters wasn't done correctly. Yui, Kaori and Sou did get good characterisation because they were important fir the story to progress. Airi and Nagisa were somehow useful im the last few episodes but never really shined before. Except for Nagisa who got a date arc of maybe 3 episodes but was forgotten after since it was just to see a bit of her personnality. Finall, Eitarou is the last member of the club, he is almost invisible, he got no personnality, no developement and almost no screen time, he's only there to be another male character.
Enjoyement: 7
I did enjoy this series. However, it could have been a better ride. They tried to pack so much in 12 and somehow failed to, it went on a mess where useless arc that we couldn't care less stopped us from seing what's happening next. I would have prefered it to be faster paste and show a better personalisation of the characters instead of doing arcs for them that are easily forgotten.
Overall: 7
In the end, I did not expect it to be any good. I started this show thinking that I would drop it after 3 episodes but no. If you like harem series with a touch of mystery you will like it. Also, it has some similarities with steins gate so if you are a fan of time traveling you have to watch this show.

Akatsuki no Yona is probably one of the few shows I did npt expect to like that much. First, i'm not a fan of reverse harem shoujo series but this one surprised me.
Story: 7
Yona Of The Dawn have a really intersting story but in my opinions,we didn't see much of the conplete story in this 24 episode anime. The manga is still ongoing and a lot of material for a possible second season. So, if you like historical setup with royalry and adventure, the story will take you in a wonderful ride of adventure around the kingdom to find these dragon guys.

The art and animation for this show really surprised me because I never really like Studio Pierrot animation and art style. But to be honest the animation looked really solid in yhr few action scenes and the art looked well constantly. But they also did what I really hate to see, a LOT of budget saver frames. They were there for comedic moments but they were really badly animated chibi scenes.
Sound: 7
I love the first opening of this show, it's one of my favourite of all time to be honest. But then came the second opening. It didn't feel right, it was way too funky and annoying that i started skipping it after 4 episodes. For the OST, nothing too memorable except for the opening that came back a lot as being an OST in many scenes and also changed for diferent moments.
Characters: 9
This is where yona of the dawn shines. The characters really is the principal focus of the show since it was only about finding the 4 dragons. Yona has one of the best character developpement of 2014. She started from a normal innocent princess to a badass archer who would do anything to protect everyone. Hak also got good developpement but was more only there to help Yona and protect her. For the 4 dragons, they all got interesting backstories, reason to help her and also lovable and unique personnalities
Enjoyement: 8
I did enjoy Akatsuki No Yona more than I thought I would because I started watching it without expecting much and then fell in the story could not stop watching. The fight scenes, even though there were not a lot, were well made and every episode felt unique. I honestly didn't like the blue dragon arc as much as the others because it felt long and boring when it could have been faster paced. The green dragon as the best arc of this anime and the one that was the most entertaining.
Overall: 8
Yona Of The Dawn is a show that a lot of people, like me, missed because it was a reverse harem adventure. This show really breaks the shoujo genre by proving us that shoujos are not only for girls. The action scenes looked a lot like any other action scenes that could be in a shonen. I recommend this series to anyone interested in a thrilling adventure show and don't mind slow pace focusing on characters instead of story developpement or action.

This is my first review and it's about Shigatsu Wa Kimi No Uso (Your lie In April). This show is a pretty good drama/music series mixed with some romance and a bit of comedy.
Story-9
The plot really knows how to change without having any issues. The only problem I had with the story is that we never knew at the end what happened to Kousei and Tsubaki, I hope it will be clarified.
Art-10
A-1 Pictures suddenly made an anime where the art style is original and so well done. And the animation... The animation for most of the anime is georgous and always shows us
...
the hidden beauty behind the show. I think 10 is the only rating that fit the art quality of Shigatsu.
Sound-10
Oh dear Feelsgatsu, how can you have such beautiful OST's. I just can't get over it, emotional ost that will make you tear everytimes, for sure. Probably one of the best emotional ost of all time. Also, there are a lot of classical songs, like mainly songs from Chopin and Beethoven and maybe some more classical music artist.
Characters-9
I put a 9 because I felt like there were a lot of characters that were either rushed or randomly apeared for no logical reason. Even though, this show has great characters that are well developped and you can really understand them and like them easily.
Enjoyment-10
I loved this series from the beggining from the end and never got tired of this show. The first half is more about the music part and the romance but the second half really throw you an emotional explosion. Some says that the ending was bad, but for me, this ending was one amazing ending that concluded correctly and showed us a lot of information with flawless animation. Also, there is an OVA coming out so this must clarify things for the ones who disliked the ending,
Overall-10
Yes, 10. This series really deserve a 10 and this is probably one of the best drama anime and of course the best music anime (in my opinion). Thanks for reading my review on Shigatsu Wa Kimi No Uso and I hope you liked it.
