This is a very simple manga, with a very simple fanbase. If you fit into that, then by all means, read to your hearts content, but if you do not, then its not suggested. Minor spoilers ahead.
Story(2/10) Well, its about a virus that wipes out all females on the earth, and only a select few males survive. And of course, they must repopulate the earth. Its plot functions as a basic hentai, one I'm sure we've all seen somewhere, but one that has little reason to be an actual, serialized manga.
Art(7/10) While the art isn't amazing, its still not bad. Just art of big

Character(2/10) The author could tell that making the MC a virgin who will not engage in these unholy acts with the large breasted females was ruining her manga, since the only people reading were ones who wanted to see that, so there are side characters introduced who give nothing to the story but the fact that they do have sex with the women. Pretty basic.
Enjoyment(3/10) Well, I'll be honest. It is slightly enjoyable at times, due to the sexual natures of it, but just read hentai. This functions as a shitty medium, where you don't get the good and suffer through the bad.
Overall(3/10) If you want to read hentai, but don't actually, then this is for you. I can only see that kind of person reading this. You really don't have to put yourself through this, there are much better ero-manga out there.
