It's by the same author. The pacing, characters, and art are all very similar. If you're looking for a weird yet fresh and interesting romance, then both of these titles are great choices.

The setting and pacing is similar to Haibane Renmei. Though in all honesty, Made in Abyss is like the perfect mix between The Promised Neverland and Haibane Renmei, two shows which I've enjoyed a lot. Haibane is admittedly, less gritty and raunchy, though it still has that fantastical setting and intriguing world building.

Alright. Imagine Dragon Maid... with men! Hataraku Maou-sama is about Lord Satan, one of his servants, and his arch nemesis, Hero Amelia, come to Earth and get stuck here. So what do they do? Try their best to fit in, get a job and whatnot. This is a very funny show, I would reccomend!!!
