First of all I can't deal with the blatant borderline pedo shit. Justify or ignore it all you want, it's clearly meant to be titillating and the mangaka opted to draw it once every few chapters. I'd rather not participate.
On top of that the worldbuilding which is always described as being so great is just ... it's a video game. They go progressively deeper in a hole finding magic items and encountering various monsters and essentially NPCs. It's not that unique or interesting. Just play Etrian Odyssey III. The story is also not that great. Lots of heavy-handed emotional manipulation involving characters you really haven't
