The main character is annoying and dumb. Unfortunately she has more screentime than all the Mugiwara.

Yes. Seraphim Call is about 11 girls... and their random stories.
You should not watch this waiting for a huge revelation, because it’s just slice of life. It’s pretty enjoyable if you watch a single episode per day, for example. Characters are connected as in real life. Your teacher, some colleges you’d never talk to. And it’s impressive for an old series. Some elements that we find astonishing nowadays like unexpected point of view (Tanpopo’s plush toy!), nonlinear narrative, and… come on, we all want to know what 2010 would be by 1999’s perspective. |
