While the two series are entirely different story-wise, RobiHachi featuring space exploration while ClassicaLoid features versions of classical composers living together. While Dead Mount has a skeletal fantasy world antagonist type tossed into the real world, Overlord has a real world character placed into a fantasy setting as a bony antagonist. Uchi no Tsukaima ga Sumimasen

Both funny series feature a main character with wildly atypical responses to monsters/demons. While in Dungeon Meshi we have a protagonist who is excited about eating monsters, UnTgS features a protagonist who wants to learn all about how demons work. Which often involves harassing them one way or another.

While both stories feature vampires and the trials they have to deal with in living alongside humans a great deal of my recommendation comes from how their tones are similar. While there is bloody action to be had the relationships between the characters involved are just as important. You get to see parts of their daily lives and sweet calming moments contrasted with the violent ones and the mood shifts aren't jarring.

Even though the pair of main characters are quite different there is still much that feels alike between the series. They both center around either a young girl or boy who are in the beginning stages of learning magic from a mysterious older person. A person whose true appearance might not be very human at all. Even though there may have been violence in the young protagonists' pasts there's still a certain gentle feel to both series, in them helping those who can only be aided through magical assistance.

At first these series do seem quite different given the main characters aren't much alike aside from some awkwardness with people. And yet there are many elements that have me thinking of one with the other. The bright carefree fanservice, wacky action with characters flying all over the place. And possibly most importantly, a main character who can wreck the world with a mere thought.

Both series involve female protagonists who start off the relationship with some kind of subterfuge. In Ookami's case, the guy involved is immediately in on what it is while in Watashi he is not in the know from the start. Both the the guys are popular with the girls but keep up a facade when really what they are like is nearly the opposite of that nice persona they project.
