Cowboy Bebop was a watershed for me . I was 16 years old when I first watched it and I remember how it was a great feeling to watch your episodes and it was sad to watch the last two .
It is very hard to find animes with such great quality nowadays, whether in history or even in art . I watch animes like Shingeki no Kyojin in and I think, " What kind of crap is this ? " . Besides the terrible stories , animations are bad and lazy.
I had never seen an anime with so much adrenaline and with a dose of ... perfectionism as big as this anime.
Influenced by an amount of things, like jazz movement in the early 40's (?), to noir cinema, Nouvelle Vague, philosophy and even religious themes and samurai laws, Cowboy Bebop's animations flow naturally . You do not feel like everything is mechanized or robotic , even when scenes are repeated numerous times to save the work of animators, wich is hard to see in an anime with so much to say and so little time to show.
And speaking of work, I had never seen a soundtrack as flawless as Cowboy Bebop. A jazz music with influences from rock, pop, classical music and even bossa nova or gypsy music.
The story is about a group of bounty hunters , as you may already know and is told in "closed episodes", which is not very attractive . It was not, it is not and it never will be.
However , the trump card of the story are it's characters. They are strong and I do not speak of their physical size, but their personalities. None of the characters in Cowboy Bebop are typical anime cliches (like Goku or Luff) , nor are predictable and lacking charisma ( like the characters in Shingeki no Kyojin ), they are striking, original and unpredictable. You never know if Spike will lift your opponent or take shoot him in the middle of his forehead .
It is no exaggeration to say that Cowboy Bebop is one of the most influential anime of all time, next to Akira, the films of Hayao Miyazaki and, why not , Akira Toriyama ?
Cowboy Bebop opened Western's eyes to action animes, aimed at an older audience, who were satisfied with comics like Sandman, Allan Moore's comics and among others, and influenced all sectors of our artistic side of the world, since cinema, to comics, music and even literature.
You can find influences from Cowboy Bebop in mainstream films such as Tarantino and Matrix, to underground artists like Dawn of Midi and even King Krule .
Sure Cowboy Bebop was also very influenced ( Lupin III and the movement of jazz are just some of the more obvious influences), but it was the mastery in uniting all these references (musical, artistic, visual, literary, phylosophical and religious) that make this anime the best anime of all times , in the humble opinion of this fan .

I haven't watched hentai stuff for a while, but suddenly I see this anime in a blog and decided to watch. I can garantee to you that it was the most 1 and a half hour most useless of my life.
This anime is horrible. It makes you só angry that after you watch this you want to travel to Japan, just to kill the guys who make this anime, especially the writer.
The story is abou a club called “Rinkan Club” which gang rapes girls in the full moon in “respect” to a milenar tradition. For just that it'll make you angry, if you have the ... minimum sense of equal rights, morality and respect for human beings, but there's more.
The only girl raped on this anime are: A teacher, who wants to destroy the “Rinkan club”; a doctor, who is a loyal wife and a dedicated mother; the most popular girl on the high school and others high school girls, very cute by the way.
Now you ask to me why? Why are these girls raped? There must have a reason for this, they probably are snobs, who hang out just with the hot shots of the high school or college, right?
Well, actually the answer is no! They are rapped just because, according with the town's tradition, a girl in ancient time was rejected by a prince (or something like this) because she was ugly and her sister was chosen by the prince to be his wife (I'm not right about the story, but basically is this). As a revenge, the ugly girl decides to start a “ritual” in the fool moon, which consists in gang raping beautiful girls, starting with her sister, the beautiful one.
That's the reason the girls are rapped and if they don't be rapped the spirit of the ugly girl will rage over the town and destroy everything or something like this.
So, basically, the girls are rapped because they are too beautiful. Oh! How can somebody be too beautiful nowadays? of course they deserve to be rapped! Let's not blame DNA or God's choice, let's punish this beautiful girls! (Note the sarcasm here)
The first one to get raped is the teacher, a woman who just graduated in Tokyo and came back to her city to stay with her mother (who is sick) and to ruin the “Rinkan club”, but in just a few weeks, the leader of the “Rinkan club”, a very beautiful high school girl, who is her student, makes aplan to rape the teacher.
The leader of the “Rinkan club” travels to Tokyo, just to make the teacher's boyfriend wrote her name on a piece of paper (A girl can't be raped if her name was not writen on the piece of paper by one of her relatives) and at that time the teacher is raped until she becomes a sex slave.
But even that she is a sex slave, she struggles to refuse this and now here comes a part that will make you angry: She can't be raped after the full moon night, but the guys of the club keeps raping her, withou the consent of the leader.
It will make you angry if you are a good person, but the next one will make you even agrier.
The next one is a doctor, who is a dedicated mother and a loyal wife and she is raped, because her son was caught stealling and to not be denounced he writes his mother's name in the piece of paper.
So she's raped, but she refuses to that until the last moment, when she admit that she likes being raped, which makes you very angry.
That's the first episode, but the second is even worst.
They start raping an innocent and very popular girl of the high school with a baseball bat and the doctor becomes a prostitute. She sell her body for just 1000 yen, it's like 10 dollars. She is not just a sex slave, but a nimphomaniac, ignoring her family and having sex with a bunch of guys in a public pool in the front of her daughter!
This makes me feel só angry that I wanted to enter in this anime and kill all those girl who were rapping a dedicated mom and broke her bones, one by one and then steal a bike and live a happy life in France with her daughter.
I don't know... Maybe I just don't like this stuff of cheating husbands, ignoring kids and put family in the trash.
But it gets worse when the virgin girl from the beginning of the episode is raped in front of boyfriend and shit while her anus is filled with sperm of her rapists.
It's disgusting! How can somebody like this?
And in the third episode you expect something good to happens, like the doctor receiving a proper punishment from her husband and her daughters and the “Rinkan Club” finally being destroyed, but this won't happen. Not in this horrible anime.
The oldest doctor's daughter offer herself as the next sex slave, just to save her mother, who is send to another city in an hospital by her family, to be protect. The doctor was crazy and she don't remeber anything since she was first raped.
But her eldest daughter, a yound married woman (Again the anime comes with this stupid fetish about married woman cheating her husband) who teaches in the school begins to get raped. Fortunatally she doesn't likes this and she resists for a whole month, but in the meantime she is raped só many times, by só many men that she can barely stand up and at the end of the episode, those bastards from the “Rinkan Club” call her husband to see what's left of his wife: A poor and weak woman, who starts to walk for her husband, apologizing, while a monstruous dildo is getting out of her anus and finally she felt on the floor, pooping (Again the anime comes with an stupid, horrible, ridiculous fetish envolving poop and piss).
The floor is all wet with her poop, her piss and the cum of her rapists, but she feel on the floor and she is forced to lick all that mess.
This is beyond disgusting.
But at least, she comes back to her husband and they can start over in a new city, like her mother did.
However, this anime cannot have a happy ending, with everyone starting a new life, they have to do something to make you angry as fuck!
In the middle of the episode 2, the leader of the “Rinkan club” kiss the younger daughter of the doctor, revealing that they are lesbian, very cute by the way.
But in the end of the third episode the youngest daughter of the doctor offer herself as a sex slave, just to impres her girlfriend, the leader of the “Rinkan club”, but she is no longer the leader. The leader is not revealed, but he talks and he's a man.
So, in the end of the third episode is revealed that this anime is all about sexism and disrespect for the family.
Concluding: This is an horrible sexist anime about gang rape for an stupid ritual that everybody must respect or the town will be destroyed. Accept my advice, don't watch this anime. You'll not sleep for weeks after this.
