Although those stories are different, both revolve around a popular guy who is not exactly as charming as he seems and a quirky girl who discovers his true self and becomes his girlfriend. Both series have an unique underlying dirty vibe and play in a high school setting while Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji is comedy heavy and dramatic and Lovesick Ellie focuses on the cute and innocent interactions that make your heart flutter right from the start. Either way, if you like one you could like the other :)
