I loved watching this anime, the story is so simple, yet speaks volumes in and of itself. It is just a simple dream split between four friends to make music and improve their skills, and how their formation of JELLE impacts those around them. Everything from the visuals to the music, to the storytelling was phenomenally done, and I hope that there is more content of these four friends, even if it seems like there might not be now.

Honestly, this anime was an amazing watch. I loved every minute, from the second I watched the first episode and the opening, to the last ending episode. It is such a ride full of emotion, heart, and sparkle. Despite it's darker sub-plots, and expose of the idol/entertainment industry's dark side, the anime still manages to find little moments where it can be fun and lighthearted, which I really have come to appreciate.
All the music in this anime is a banger, and the animation style is so pretty. The characters were all well developed, and this series will definitely be added to my favorites ... May 11, 2024

Honestly, this anime has a simple plot- two people meet through an MMO game and slowly fall in love- and that simplistic plotline is done pretty well. The characters are enjoyable, and there's some tension and occasional bad things that happen, but overall the show maintains a positive tone which works quite well for it. Generally, there were not many things I disliked, although one of them was definitely the "love triangle" trope, but I usually just dislike that trope in general, so it's just a me thing. I believe that this anime made it work decently, and I liked that the people involved ... |
