Most harem anime are super bad. They're dumb, bad, stupid, and not good and full of cringe.
But the Date a Live series, while kinda cringe and illegal, is literally one of the greatest anime series I've stuck with for so fucking long. Unlike Spice and Wolf, Date a Live yeeted out not only a third, but a FOURTH SEASON WITH A FIFTH IN THE WORKS AND THAT'S SO CRACKED WOOOOOOOOOOOO!

So anyways, there are a wide range of positively good points on why this season might be the best one of the four that

there is, and I'm going to thoroughly explai- HOLY SHIT MANA GETS SOME SEMBLANCE OF SCREENTIME LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OO o oO o OOo ooo go monkey for tenka tenk a ttgoooo oo! THEY GOT MECHS (erm realizers) THEY GOT AIRSHIPS THEY GOT COMBAT THEY GOT BATTLE LOTS OF FIGHT AND SHOOT THAT MAKES MY BRAIN GO "OOOOOOOOOO I love combat but I hope I don't get conscripted by the russian government and get sent off to the ukraine to fight the ukrainian realizers and metal gears"
So yeah the story is super good but like you gotta at least watch the previous seasons to understand what the fuck is going on but like if you're here for the combat, combat, violence, and combat then um go ahead it's kinda like you grippin' in rogue lineage. I literally did not care a single bit about the harem part when watching this incredibly good so good and people person die and im like "yo they died that's so cracked this anime is so high-tier"
GEEK TOYS! Your studio is CRACKED the animations are so fucking GOOD! The 3DCGI was super obvious in various parts but um better than average MIYU TOMITA'S OVER IS QUITE POSSIBLY THE BEST OPENING OF THIS SEASON AND OF THE SERIES, and SWEET ARMS.... the ending was pretty hip i dig it. :)
So yeah watch it it has good combat and story and music and animations.

A well-made and light-hearted piece of work, Goblin Slay- I mean Skeleton Knight is one of the best cartoon shows this season that would be way, way better to savor and enjoy with friends, family, and close relatives. Why? Ponta is the best, and therefore, this anime is also the best (of its season). Also, I love Arknights. Arc is the Skeleton Knight's name. They may have called him Knight Arc in the anime, but in our hearts, he is Arc Knights, just like Arknights and rhymes with Fortnite. Literally a real gamer. Arc Knights' backstory is basically something like he was a Rogue Lineage

gamer we grinds but like he was Orderly and a Sigil Knight and helped freshies in need, but one day in a battle against an Abysswalker, he got isekai-ed into Rogue Lineage (Uncensored) and cursed by Chaos. A very tragic rogue lineage backstory, I know....
You might hesitate to watch animated sex in Skeleton Knight because there is a somewhat moderate use of 3D CGI, but believe it or not, CGI has massively improved over the past decade to the point where it is not just tolerable, but extraordinarily good in anime. Not only does this anime get CGI right, the animators are willing to showcase piss and gore- I mean heartwarming and comedic scenes that are incredibly hilarious and good.
Opening? One of the best. Also sung by Pellek. Nothing else needs to be said.
Ending? Possibly the best one this season. If you think otherwise, you're an idiot. Your response will then be "who said I was an idiot" and then I be like "yeah, the ending for Skeleton Knight is pretty good, I also agree".
Overall, the anime, despite the genre being overdone, is fresher than a freshie that just bought Rogue Lineage and about to get ganked by yours truly. An amazing shounen pg-13 anime (just like Sword Art Online Episode 24) that you NEED to watch alongside your friends and family so that you can have a thorough and in-depth discussion about each and every episode right afterwards.

Be honest; you're only here for the mechas.
The setting is high on crack just like the main protagonist: you got a matriarchal society, giant robot mechs, airships, women, catboys, femboys, hoverbikes, feudalism, et cetera et cetera to the point where it is amazing how the title is not extraordinary long like, for instance, "I Died So Bad But Then I Was Isekaied Into An Otome Game As A Mob That is Tough For Based Red-Pilled Pay-to-Win Protagonists Such As I, Edgy but Not Too Edgy Like Kirito, And Must Survive Against The Matriarchal Feminist Society Using My Giant Mech The Gundam". This is a perfect
...
setting for our based main protagonist who has to fight against all odds to remain based and not succumb to feminism. The protagonist? Edgy but not too edgy where you become a femboy (like kirito). Character development is unrequired because all I need is guy who is based and beats up beta males while high on crack. You know what else is cracked? Mechas. I love mechas. Giant robot. They punch. Gun. Explosion. Fight (soon). Enjoyment. 10. My brain has never produced such high amounts of dopamine levels ever since I went to do an uber oni combo on freshies in Rogue Lineage. Get your great sword we get to wiping oooooooooooo. If you are super edgy but not femboy edgy then you will love "I AM Trapped In Hell Also Known As a Dating Simulator After Being Isekaied Into It Please Let Me Out I Do Not Want To Be Here". I can not express too much about how extremely good this anime is like it literally has MECHS. There is no reason NOT to watch this anime (it literally has mechs in a matriarchal feudal society with catboys and femboys and the protagonist is based but with the experience of a veteran Deepwoken player like fr).
I bet you didn't read anything above so basically:
STORY: Good. 7. There are mechs.
ART: Comparatively poor this season but average overall. 7. The eyes were the redeeming factor. Very unique eyes.
SOUND: Unmemorable OP and ED, but they kinda do fit ngl. Very average, 6.
CHARACTER: 7. The protagonist is kinda based.
ENJOYMENT: 10. There are mechs. Cliches are actually pretty good in here. The anime is NOT ACTUALLY CRINGE!? You will enjoy this anime as much as you enjoy crack, lsd, and all the other highly addictive and illegal drugs that you had a slight taste of after smuggling it across the border. If you love mechs you will (probably) enjoy this much more than you enjoyed muv luv alternative the anime.
Overall: 10. I rounded up to the nearest 10 since this is truly a masterpiece.
So what are you waiting for? All the episodes to come out before binging? No! Get to wipin' else I'll wipe you like the freshie you are!

Politics.
I sure do love politics. However, How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom leaned over towards philosophy and fantasy more than actual politics that would grip you harder than the funny owl in that one isolated corner in Deepwoken, and in its second season had continue to spat in my face some harem romance that I frankly did not care about (you see, I am here for the medieval politics).
Unlike Realist Hero, The Genius Prince's Guide to Utilizing Clairvoyance and Foresight to Beat Up Everyone Else But Still Having the Luck of Your Mother maintains a reasonable degree of political intrigue alongside a drama better

executed than your family after your father defected to South Korea as well as some comedy that slaps a bit better than Will Smith. The intertwining of religion and culture, socioeconomic differences, and racism with a little too much of rolling a nat 1 on your d20 for "please do not fail" but still bounce back just to get hit by "I am still poor" simply makes this anime the best anime of its season. Not only that, Genius Prince introduces and depicts the values of philosophy with more sensible realism than Realist Hero. This is literally a rant against Realist Hero at this point.
Overall, Genius Prince is best catered for those more interesting in drama, comedy, and medieval politics. However despite being a genius, the prince cannot obtain the $$$ cash due to the curse of "the story is pretty alright and entertaining so far, and the light novel has yet to reach Volume 69 so uhhhhh the prince is unfortunately still poor".
Realist Hero is best served fresh for shounen harem enjoyers with most likely no interests in philosophy or politics and rather play anime fighting simulators than rogue lineage 2: the deep calls and makes you awake.
Anyhow, the only thing I'm not rating a 10 is sound as the opening is not really memorable. Of course, this is subjective (a review is subjective).
