My score is high but is a little biased (also I'm a just a huge fan of Ecchi in general so this is really my cup of tea). I watched this anime for the first time around September 2012 and it was the first anime I ever watched. My friend and I binged it until 5 o'clock in the morning laughing our asses off. At this point my anime knowledge was pretty mediocre and I was just introducing myself to it so that may be why my thoughts on this show was so high. I decided to re-watch it and changed my thoughts a ... little bit.


Story (7):
To be honest, the plot point of the story was pretty interesting and it would have been a lot better had the plot been carried through. I guess it was sort of supposed to be that way as it was showing how a girl infatuated with the concept of having sex with 100 guys in her high school fell in love with, really, a boring looking guy. I just felt the story dragged a little.

Art (8):
I am very particular when it comes to art and B-gata H-Kei met my standards pretty well. Though all the scenes aren't as detailed as others, it is still a nice style to look at and appreciate.

Sound (10):
I am warning everyone that this theme song will be stuck in your head for years. You will be taking some important exam and all of a sudden you'll be humming "kiss me baby" and forget what you were doing.

Character (6):
Yamada and Kosuda never have that "breakthrough" moment that makes you truly appreciate their character. I am pretty sure Miyano had showed more through her "breakthrough" then the two did in the whole show.

Enjoyment (10):
If I could rate this higher I would. Though, it isn't as good as the first time I watched it, I still laughed and cringed at the painfully awkward moments that appeared.

At the end, I realized when I rated this a 9 the first time I was not completely wrong and this anime isn't complete shit. I enjoyed almost every second of watching it and I highly recommend it!
