First of all let me just say this is another kyoani anime, if u ever watched one of the kyoani's originals u will understand what i mean.
story; unlike lucky star doesnt have a storyline at all, this actually have a plot but still the episodes are kind of random.
art: amazing, everything is so cute and fluffy... the instruments are realistic and etc.
sound: the voice is great, the voice actually fit the character in the anime really well u can tell from yui and mugi.
character: ok characters, its kinda the basic school life setup, sisters, shy and outgoing characters, and rich character.. ...
enjoyment: amazing, everything is so entertaining and funny...
overall: great anime definite watch.
P.S. if u ever seen any kyoani originals and liked it, u will like this (haruhi, lucky star, clannad, air, kanon)

well hyakko is one of the wierdest anime series i seen in my life... the beginning is far too slow and doesnt make any sense until you get to episode 5 or 6. well when i started this series which was when it first aired, it was put on hold for months because the first two episodes didnt really make sense. the beginning feels somewhat like azumanga daioh but less interesting and the story is very slow in the beginning and rushed in the end. the last two episodes is where all the action takes place.
this anime is a school, slice of life, and ... comedy series, but there is quite alot of drama nearing the end. the characters in this anime doesnt play out that well. some of the support has nothing to do with the main story or the main character in the anime, not sure about the manga though.
to summarize the beginning of this anime is horrible, please dont judge until you are on the 5 or 6 episode, it get really interesting then.

a ok pretty good anime... definately should not be ranked number 1, if ur looking for the best anime, and ur looking at this one, no, go find something else like FMP, this anime is very overated.

STORY: great idea for a story, but this story sucked. (6)
SPOILER: The hero always win, most of the time in half of an episode each, there is no hard time shown, no loss, wtf if the best loses sometimes, this makes the anime so childish, so naruto, actually worse than naruto since he actually loses to ppl.
in conclusion ths story is very overated, definately not the best ... story I seen, even vandread tops the anime's story

ART: ok, not so good, but no so bad either, its pretty good but it feels so 20th century, the graphics definately cant match those of FMP or Gundam. good try though.(8)

Sound: good, really good sound, but most animes have at least ok sound, no suripse here (9)

CHARACTER: good characters, only thing good about this anime, the character is very deep and is very interesting unlike some animes, the character is plain and simple, but the only thing is the hero is like naruto with more luck and bs talent. that ruin the perfect score, but the other characters are definately more interesting than at least half of the anime i seen.

Enjoyment: no, not too good, when i watched this i skiped parts to make it god faster. only anime that i do that in is the ones i seen or the ones that i think is boring and childish.. definately not good as other mecha animes, such as vandread, FMP, gundam, even neon eval. is better and thats like 10 years old...

overall: mmhm ok not so good, seen better, seen worse, give it like 70%, it still watchable..

This anime series is very funny and is definately one of the must see for the fall 2008 anime season.
Story: pretty good so far, the love square is very amusing, this school life story is pretty intense to say the least.
Art: Ok, pretty good, feels definately up to date not like those gonzo crap that looks like its made from the 20th century.
Sound: the voice fit the character very well.
Character: good.. so far there isnt any too big twists, so its alright.
Enjoyment: Great loved it, laughed at it a lot, its almost as good as clannad afterstory..
Overall: Definately a ... must see.. great new school life/romance anime. this definately trumps hyakko, another school life anime in this fall season. If you like romance or school life animes, well you wont be disappointed.
