-Both were animated by Studio BONES and utilize animation techniques not often seen in anime. -Dandy, the main character of Space Dandy, is similar to Reigen in the sense that they are both deadbeat adults that are always looking for ways to make easy money but are still very charming and likeable because of how humorous and sometimes absurd their antics are. -Despite their humorous nature however, both shows can be quite emotional at times, when they focus on human relationships and the loss of one's loved ones. -Some key differences are the settings (Space Dandy is in space, while Mob Psycho in a small town) and the relevance of the deadbeat adult, in Mob Psycho he's just a secondary (but still relevant) chararacter, while in Space Dandy he's the protagonist.

Both main casts comprise: -a protagonist with a lot of spirtual/psychic power (Mob and Yusuke) -a goofy comic relief that still contibutes to the team on his on way (Reigen and Kuwabara) -a ladies man that is originally a villain but turns good (Teru and Kurama) -an edgelord that also turns good after being antagonistic at first (Ritsu and Hiei)

...then you might like Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis add

Both series have a great sense of adventure and interesting overworlds settled in real-life time periods (Jojo is at the end of the XIX century, while Bahamut is during the medieval era). Also, the protagonist of Jojo's Part 2 - Joseph, is likely similar to Favaro, with that cocky attitude and how they use dirty trick to fight their enemies. And that they care deeply about their family and friends but would never admit it.
