with berserk this is my fav manga, I starter watching the anime when i had 12 years and holy the scene when Kaneki bets the crap out of Nishiki traumatized me, but I started loving the series. When i talked some ppl about the anime when I was a bit older everyone would just say oh the anime is sht go and read the manga and now that i had the money to buy not only Tokyo ghoul but the Re series too was the best decision ever made. the story was a bit rushed at the end specially but Ishida had some problems ... with his health and by his own words Re was not the same as the first half of the series, the characters are well developed and you understand them so you can sympathize with everyone even if you like more ghouls than humans or vice versa, the anime series cannot express fully the intended in the manga, they cut content, change the order of events and even re imagine the whole second season (almost the worst anime i have ever seen in my life) so yeah go and read this manga i recommend it to anyone literally. (sorry if my English was poor)

Truly a masterpiece, my favourite not only anime series but series overall types and genres, i was thinking that the 50 episodes would be a pain but i finished it within 3 days when i usually finish a 12 ep series in 2 weeks or so, the characters and the story are unique and when watching you can expect the biggest plot twists ever,the protagonist is a manipulative genius that normally you should hate but Lelouch makes you cheer for him to achieve his goals.
don't let the 50 episodes scare u because it is worth every single minute, one of the best series if not ... the best series ever, a must watch to everyone can't recommend it enough.
