Every time I look back at Dragon Ball all I can think of is nostalgia. Dragon Ball is the purest form of classic anime. It is a part of my childhood and millions of others as well. It has age well and seems to be a base ground and bone structure for most shonen anime of the new generation.

The story is pretty simple but very enjoyable and has great rewatch value. Overtime it does drag a bit, but that doesn't change the fact that its just so hilarious to watch.

The art style is pretty aged now, but during the time it was ahead ... of the pack. The animation was one to grow and as said before it made way for what we call shonen anime today.

The characters were much better in Dragon Ball than its predecessor. Kid Goku was naive but very fun and entertaining to watch. The development for some characters were on point while some could've been better. Most of the show definitely centered around the adventures of Goku and Bulma.

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed Dragon Ball as it is still one of my favorite anime till this day.
