This anime was a very weird experience. Every single episode made me want to SCREAM my lungs out; It took a lot to not physically hurt myself over all of the cringe. The protag is a giant piece of shit trash can and Chizuru isn't any better. Mami is on par with the protag for being a trash can garbage person and so are Kazuya's loser friends (I mean SERIOUSLY, who tf punches their "best friend" in the face infront of everyone because he's being a little cringey???" Ruka fell in love for the first time and Kazuya pretended to be on a relationship trial ... with her because he's a loser that can't handle confrontation. This loser protag stalks Chizuru! It's none of his business what she's up to or who she's seeing! (Ruka was a tad overbearing and too straightforward but she was earnestly in love with Kazuya and wasn't a complete piece of trash. The ONLY hero in this story is Sumi (so far anyways). Every episode was more cringe than the last but it was like a train wreck that you can't help but watch which is why I enjoyed watching it (it was forreal a terrible show though. The anime version of 90 Day Fiancé).

This anime sucked some major ass and the ending legit made me laugh. ALTHOUGH it was an entertaining 13 episode run to say the least. When *SPOILER* a certain character "died" in the end i was like "bet, 5/10" then he immediately came back. That ruined it's score, this anime has too many problems to overlook. This is one of those seasonal animes that's good to add to your watch list just as a show to reset the tone in-between episodes of other seasonal seasonal anime. There's a need for shows like these every season and I hope they don't go away but my god ... are they complete dumpster fires lmao

They spend 66% of the show explaining how none of the main characters actually know what's going on but the last 33% when everything is cleared up they left one huge cliff hanger on how the only person in their group not in a relationship liked the main character. They didn't explain if she gave up or not, they go from ep.11 where she tries her hardest to try to spend some alone time with him and have a dialogue with him that kinda says how she feels about him then they drop the subject completely the last episode. The last episode had nothing to ... do with the plot of the show at all, it didn't advance the story one bit. The plot was a giant misunderstanding that was annoying to watch and I'm sure a majority of us waited it out to see if the ending was worth it but the ending was irrelevant to the plot. Ok character development and the art style wasn't bad but this is an easily forgettable show that a lot of us will add to our indexes

This anime would be a great way to explain one of Descartes' theory of existentialism. Touya dies in his "real world" but wasn't supposed to die so his God (a supreme being is a confirmed in this anime) apologizes by putting him in another world where magic exists and the industrial revolution never happened. Here's where it gets interesting, it wouldn't be far from the realm of reality to assume that Touya was never actually placed in a second external world by God but that he was deceived by God to think that he was in a real genuine second world where magic exists. A ... way to affirm this is how God made him the most powerful entity (aside from himself) in this world and told Touya to live a little when confronted with the moral dilemma of marrying a 14 year old (Touya is 16). This means (just a theory) that there is no real external world where magic exists that Touya is currently in but this is just a dream state that God put Touya in when he died and went to heaven. It can be summarized and assumed that the world Touya is currently in was made for him to live out his wildest fantasies. The only thing that technically can be proved is ones own existence, so there is no proof that can be offered that Touya is in a genuine external world instead of a dream like world. (Spoiler warning) I cannot think of any other way this anime could improve upon itself which is a part of the reason why I gave it the highest possible score on here. This anime reminded me of my first love but it achieved the ending I always longed for but never managed accomplished (that whore dumped because she wanted to date an Asian >_>) These middle school sweethearts made their long distance work out and ended up getting married even though all the odds of succeeding were against them. His writing got through to her, he convinced her that she wasn't a burden on him ... even though she thought other wise, she was actually the glue that held him together. The text format they used to show their relationship worked out was a brand new type of approach and it worked splendidly to articulate the rest of the story without having to have a new season or added OVA's. This love story is the best anime I've experienced and I hope to love someone someday the way they love each other. This story is a testament that long distance can work if the couple loves each other enough to get though it knowing that they will be close one day in the future.

The anime with zero fan service are the kind where you know the author and production studio really care about the characters and the plot. A romance does not define the story in which a female is the main protagonist but instead it is a story of friendship and comradery where people who didn't understand each other in the past come together and learn about each other and end up saving the day by believing in themselves and each other, Akko's ignorance towards who her senpai really is may be a little be cheesy but it's Akko Kagiri's innocence that adds to this stories melodramatic ... and melancholy dynamic that makes me feel like a kid again watching cartoons on a saturday morning without a responsibility in the world with impossible dreams manifesting in my head about how I want my future to end up. A story about a main character in a world of magic that isn't even able to ride a broom. It is a relatable story where the protagonist has a dream to become a great witch even though she is below proficient for her age on her abilities to control and utilize magic just like how some of us have dreams to be the best in a field even though we were below proficient for our age to ever hope to accomplish such a feat. Akko never gives up and with her group of friends they use the power of friendship to overcome all the odds and make not only their school a better place, but also the world they live in.

This show was good until it took a complete 180* turn around. The beginning was amazing and had amazing potential until (spoiler alert) Samurai Flamenco becomes a real hero that fights real monsters instead of how realistic it was when he was just an average citizen fighting petty crimes. The beginning was humorous and refreshing on how they introduce a character that watched anime all his life and wants to fight the bad guys in those shows except that he lives in the real world (anime world) and there are no bad guys like that and there are no super powers. That is until they ... decide to insert those tropes into the story with complete brute force and evolve the show into that kind of story during the end of one of the episodes.
