Seeing that this is an anime with a wide cast of characters, you'd think it'd turn into an intricate and unique anime....until it confuses the shit out of you.
STORY: Of course, before watching this, I was told time and time again that it was based off of something else. As you can tell, I didn't bother watching that either. The story begins with a shut in who talks to his computer program. She then forces him to explore the outside world, and then things take a turn for the worst, of course. Then you'd think more would be explained the next episode, but then it
...
jumps to a different character and a different story. The story is inconsistent and all over the place. I had more fun in Math class....I hate math.
4/10
ART: The art on the other hand is very unique and very bold. It leaves your eyes glued to the screen and draws you in instantly. Too bad that's the only strong thing about this anime.
6/10
SOUND: The BGM and OST is bleh, I'm not going to go in too much detail. But the music throws you off sometimes, and makes one emotion feel like the other.
4/10
CHARACTER: You'd think they'd give you some type of understanding of each character, since their are a lot of them, but that's not what happens. Instead you're introduced to a character, then introduced to two more characters, then another, and then you finally return to the first character you were introduced to, having totally forgotten who the hell they were anyways. There's not enough episodes or room for any character to get any development. And each character fits the stereotypical anime character to the T.
3/10
ENJOYMENT: With an anime like this, you either enjoy it or you don't.
5/10
OVERALL: Overall its somewhat interesting to watch for a few episodes. But that's about it.

At first, I though Black Bullet would interesting....Then, I found that picking my nose was much more interesting.
STORY: The story sounds like this anime would be something epic. The world is in chaos and humanity is in quite the struggle, and their lives depend on the Cursed Children, little lolli girls who are capable of defeating the enemy. The story turns out good at times, but then falls short the next.
6/10
ART: The artwork seemed interesting at first, but then I couldn't help but get thrown off by the fact that some of the characters had hair that looked like it had been chopped up paper.
...
Some things stand out, but not to the point where it should get some honorable mention.
6/10
SOUND: You'd think that with this nice BGM and OST that the anime would be amazing, But you were wrong. Its as if the Soundtrack has more depth then the anime itself. But the music helps fit the mood, and the OP and ED are definitely some of the great this year in anime......SOME.
10/10
CHARACTER: The characters in this anime lack any depth. One minute you think you'll start to learn more about a character and why they are the way they are, and then the next it switches to the next scene immediately leaving you to frustrated to even care about the character. The only characters with depth are the Gastrea, the monsters that are hell bent on destroying humanity. Side note, you will meet the character Kisara, who is just boobs and Dreds....or dred like hair. Who seems to be promising, but then turns out to be.....boobs.
4/10
ENJOYMENT: The enjoyment I got from this anime was neutral. Its like having a bad experience in bed and regretting that you ever made that decision just because everyone else was talking about the person.
5/10
OVERALL: I'll give it a 6 cause the action scenes are somewhat decent. And the BGM helps make the anime SEEM better than it really is.

What starts out as something cute and innocent, turns into something more dark and twisted...
STORY: At first, I was very hesitant to watch Madoka Magica, since I'm not a huge fan of the whole magical girl shows and animes. But when I began watching it, I couldn't help but become attached right away. The story starts out with a young girl named Madoka who isn't to significant. If anything, she is someone like you and me, an average human being. However, fate seems to change for her when she encounters the mysterious Kyubey. When she saves Kyubey, it promises to grant her ANY wish
...
and to turn her into a Magical Girl, so long as she promises to help defeat witches. Little does she know, there's more to being a Magical Girl than she thinks.
10/10
ART: The artwork in the anime is definitely very unique and different. With the vibrant and soft colors with the Magical Girls, to the dark and intense colors when it comes to the witches. I especially loved the different themes each Witch had whenever the Magical Girls faced them. It definitely made everything better.
10/10
SOUND: The BGM and OST to this anime are amazing. I found myself listening to the OST over and over. Of course, what would you expect from Yuki Kajiura but to deliver when it comes to an OST. Each scene had its own BGM that fit the mood perfectly. It's as if the OST had an emotion in itself.
10/10
CHARACTER: I never met an anime that did side characters as good as this one did. Every single character within the anime is extremely important to the story. I found myself becoming emotionally attached to each Magical Girl. The thing that makes the characters great is learning why they made the wish that they did and what the outcome was of that wish and whether or not they regret it. Then you have Madoka, who is the most easiest to relate too. You can't help but worry for her. I constantly found myself praising her when no one else would. As if this bitch could hear me lol. But shes the perfect balance to help even out all the depression that will go on in the anime.
10/10
ENJOYMENT: I thoroughly enjoyed this anime, And found myself rewatching it time and time again. It has its lighthearted moments, as well as its tear-jerking moments. But thats what makes this anime amazing, you never really know what will happen.
10/10
OVERALL: Overall this is an amazing anime, and if you haven't watched it then I suggest that you do.

Blade and Soul seemed promising, but then it lied to you...
STORY: If you don't already know, Blade and Soul is based off an MMORPG. The story is based around a girl named Alka, who belongs to the infamous Sword clan. A clan known for being extremely dangerous and are usually hired assassins. At first it seems like something promising, then the next episode disappoints you, and then the next and then the next.
5/10
ART: The art in this anime isn't something that should be talked about. As they only focused on the female characters and left all the male characters looking like an awful,
...
half-ass, middle of class drawing. And of course the only thing that gets great detail are the boobs.
3/10
SOUND: Its your typical BGM for the anime. Nothing really stood out, especially the ending, which I found embarrassing to watch for reasons that I don't fully understand yet.
5/10
CHARACTER: The characters seemed promising, until everyone else besides the Main Character developed throughout the anime. Of course the only time the Main Character develops into a decent human being isn't until the end. But before that, she's your typical anime character who is full of nothing and has/shows any emotions. Then you got your side characters who are all over the place.
5/10
ENJOYMENT: Its not really much to watch, but its something to watch when you have nothing to watch.

In the beginning, this seemed like it could have been something more...but then it fell flat on its ass and then just stayed there.
STORY: At first, the story seemed unique. This idea of aliens and beings from another world. Girls being experimented on and not knowing what and why they're experiments and can't just live normal lives. Then it turns out to be your typical scifi anime involving girls with big boobs and no common sense who depend on a guy for help and guidance. It starts out to become something dark and depressing, filled with endless struggles, but every time a problem arises, it
...
is usually fixed with your basic scene of fanservice. Cause going from witnessing someone die to shirtless girls is what we all need to feel touched by this anime's story.
4/10
ART: There really isn't anything stunning about the art. Nothing stands out. The colors aren't too wild and don't seem to draw you in.
6/10
SOUND: The OP in the beginning of the series was somewhat decent, its not everyday you get a dubstep opening that helped fill the mood of what the anime would be like, but then further down they decided to change the OP to some poor excuse of Rock music that doesn't fit the mood. Nothing really stands out of the BGM. Sometimes you even forget that there is a soundtrack to this anime.
3/10
CHARACTER: Characters in this anime will start out being something promising, until an episode later when you realize that they're just boobs and air. The main character makes no sense, as there seems to be nothing wrong with him. Besides the constant crying and blushing....
Then there's the side characters. The girls who could be something great, but are more worried on whether they can lose their virginity or not. Instead of having them use and develop their skills for the better, you just keep piling on side character after side character who only helps benefit the Main Character.
1/10
ENJOYMENT: I thought this was an awful anime to watch. The only reason why I finished it was because I hate having anime pile up. What could have been something great fell dead flat. The story could be something amazing, but whats a story when the Main characters don't even seem like they should be in this anime.

No Game No Life is definitely something to watch. It may seem like your typical "the virtual world is better than reality" type show, but its not.
STORY: The story starts out with a brother and sister, Sora and Shiro, who are NEETS and ALWAYS win the games they play. They are constantly bored with the life they live and wish for a more exciting life, little do they know that is what they'll get. They are then taken to another world that is solely based around games and gaming.
10/10
ART: The art in this anime is definitely something to talk about. With the vibrant colors,
...
you can't help but feel that you are in a game. The details and the scenery are also something to brag about, its very amazing.
10/10
SOUND: I'm always listening out for the BGM in animes and how the overall OST is. The BGM in No Game No Life is definitely one of my favorites so far this year in anime. The songs always help to set a mood, and also intensify many scenes throughout the anime which, in my opinion, ALWAYS helps an anime. I find myself constantly checking for when this OST is available.
10/10
CHARACTERS: No Game No Life presents you with your stereotypical characters in anime, but represents them in a different way. Usually side characters have no depth and are only there to help advance the Main Characters in their development/story. But No Game No Life helps to break the boundaries of a typical anime character and adds more to them. You may think you know how a character will be, and then they surprise you with an interesting background to the character which also serves to get you emotionally attached to a character.
10/10
ENJOYMENT: I never expected to enjoy this anime, cause I'm not that big a fan of Fanservice, but I couldn't help but wait week after week for the next episode. This anime is extremely funny as well as addicting to watch.
10/10
OVERALL: Overall I will say that if you were having second thoughts on watching this anime, I suggest you put them aside and watch it. It may start out slow but once it starts progressing you can't help but feel that there weren't enough episodes.
